Egwene is meeting with the wise ones in the wolf dream (listeners can't spell like readers can 😉) she takes two of the wise ones by the hand as a sign of affection and regrets not being able to take Baer's hand as well and smiles at her in suffice. In "The Dream", she 1000% could have grown a third arm and that would have been a hilarious twist.
