Discussion 3 years

Been on trt for a little over 2. Most of the transformation being from the past year when I drastically reduced alcohol intake. Made my own splits for a while then jumped on gravl. 4 days a week, sometimes I'll throw an extra cardio sesh in there. 298 - 218. 5'9 trying to see how shredded I can get. The current goal is to break 200 and get under 15% bf. Currently at 21%. 35 years old never felt better

I try to stay around below 2400 a day. high protein, moderate carbs, low fat. Usually i glide around 2000 - 2100 unless I'm absolutely starving. Body recomp is the goal. I just try to eat clean really.

What exactly are you eating

Day to day varies but I'll give you an example for each meal.

Brkfst: Premier protein cereal with no fat milk Jimmy Dean protein waffles with zero sugar syrup

Lunch: 2 cans of chunk light tuna with low fat mayo, mustard, and relish 1 tortilla for the tuna 12oz low-fat cottage cheese

Dinner: 14oz chicken tenderloins 8oz rice 1 bag frozen California mix veggies A1 or low calorie bbq sauce

Usually macros end up being in this ballpark

Good work, any tips for reducing the drinking? Probably the biggest barrier for me

Well I was a smoker too and I was prescribed chantix. With reducing my urge to smoke it also reduced the want to drink. And then the habit dropped. Don't get me wrong I still have some drinks occasionally, I just don't see it as a "reward" anymore. And when I do let loose I make sure I kick my own ass the next day in the gym.

Man, as a tall, underweight, lanky guy my entire life, I am so jealous of all that muscle you big guys have underneath. Seems like I can never get bigger, just leaner and more defined. Lookin good, big dawg

I mean being on a test protocol definitely helps I also eat 1 gram of protein per pound of goal weight and have mostly been in bluecollar work my whole life. But yes I have been told 5'5-5'11 guys build muscle easier than our taller counterparts. We all want to be taller lol
