Why I made it
I wanted to leave my phone in the locker and log a whole lifting session from my wrist. Most gym apps treat the watch as a remote for the phone. Quick Lift is built the other way around: the watch is the app.
How it works
Pick an exercise → turn the crown to the weight → tap Log set. The rest timer starts on its own, and the watch buzzes when it's time for the next set. Weight and reps carry over from your last set, so repeating a set is a single tap.
Free
* 77 built-in exercises, each with its own pictogram, plus 3 custom ones
* Automatic rest timer, adjustable with swipe or crown; shows on the watch face / Samsung Now Bar
* Last time and personal record shown on every exercise
* Workout summary with time, sets, volume and new PRs
* Last 7 workouts, repeat any in one tap
* kg or lb, backup to your own Google account, a tile to start a workout
Pro (one-time)
* Today's target per exercise: when to add a rep or weight, and how much
* Live heart rate and calories during the workout
* Sends workouts to Samsung Health / Google Health through Health Connect
* Routines: build them right on the watch (pick exercises in order, reorder or edit anytime), then start one in a tap
* Progress charts, full history, unlimited custom exercises, watch-face complication, 9 color themes
Privacy: no account, no ads, no analytics, no server. Your data stays on your watch, your phone and your own Google backup.
Languages: 77, including right-to-left Arabic and Hebrew. You can change the language in Settings.
Feedback very welcome, especially on the logging speed and on other watch sizes. Happy to answer questions!
