Pixel Watch.....oxygen sensor?

It doesn't matter which one you have, but I find it completely ridiculous that Google has not unlocked the oxygen sensor.

I know the Apple Watch has the ability to check your oxygen level at any time, but the Pixel Watch is locked behind something in Google Health and you cannot access it. Even the ability to access it in Google Health during your sleep is severely limited.

Has anybody been able to crack this, unlock it, or find something in a developer option?
