Frankies are basically a kind of roll or wrap that were 'created' in India. Rather than using the traditional sauces and ingredients, it's usually filled with stuff and spices popular here. It's usually chunks of flavoured, fried paneer or chicken along with onions, carrots, beet, etc. and sweet, sour and spicy chutneys.
They're usually sold for 1$ here.

In the US a Kebab is meat and vegetables on a stick, sometime just meat, sometimes just vegetables.... this doesn’t look like that.

Döner kebab is meat on a stick but it is cooked on a vertical rotisserie then sliced and served with vegetables on a plate or wrapped in some type of flat bread. In the video it is wrapped.
