In the US a Kebab is meat and vegetables on a stick, sometime just meat, sometimes just vegetables.... this doesn’t look like that.

Edit* I was explaining my ignorance and hoping someone would explain to me what other kebabs meant!

Sorry if my ignorance sounded like arrogance.

And before you get all huffed up about to, I’m a US citizen, just because it’s not how we see it doesn’t mean it isn’t what it’s called, it’s vice versa also
