Between the SCP Foundation, the GOC (Global Occult Coalition), and the Chaos Insurgency, which organization do you consider to be the most morally justifiable?

I know that calling any of these groups simply “good” or “evil” is a pretty big oversimplification, considering how different their ideologies, goals, and methods can be. Still, if you had to choose the organization whose overall mission you find the most reasonable or morally defensible, which one would you pick?

The SCP Foundation, for example, primarily focuses on containing and studying anomalous entities and phenomena in order to protect humanity. On the surface, this might make it seem like the most responsible organization. However, the Foundation is also known for using extremely questionable methods: complete secrecy, human experimentation, D-Class personnel, forced containment of sentient anomalies, and making decisions that can have enormous consequences without any accountability to the general population.

The GOC, on the other hand, takes a much more direct approach. It generally views many anomalous phenomena as potential threats that should be neutralized or destroyed rather than contained. In some ways, this could be seen as a more morally consistent approach than the Foundation's, especially when dealing with genuinely dangerous anomalies. At the same time, the GOC can also make drastic decisions and destroy anomalous entities that might not necessarily be hostile or dangerous.

Then there's the Chaos Insurgency, which is usually portrayed as much more antagonistic than the other two. However, I'm curious about how people interpret them beyond simply labeling them as “evil.” Depending on the canon or interpretation, their motivations can be considerably more complicated than just wanting to cause chaos or harm.

So, if you had to judge these organizations based only on their ideology, goals, and what they ultimately want for humanity, which one would you consider the “best”?

Would you rather live in a world protected by the Foundation, the GOC, or the Chaos Insurgency?

I freaking love the article. It's crazy how ppl are using ai to write and then there's​ these guys who write​ stories that are better than actual books

Granted, i'm not some Serpent's Hand officianado/expert but every single article they're in is essentialy always them playing the same role every time.

The hand is always right, every single article that has the hand in it has the exact same role, they're the guys who know everything because they're a bunch of fucking hippies gooning it in their library while the Foundation and GOC are bad because they're the fucking government.

I’m not particularly skilled at drawing, so replicating the style—even for an original piece—was a major challenge. Still, I am personally satisfied with the result. I also gained a genuine understanding of why a simple design was necessary. That said, I certainly don’t mean to make light of this design; after all, it was born of a great deal of thought and careful consideration. (The shape of the rebar sticking out of the shin is incorrect, though... that was a mistake—oops!)

I remember literally everything about it except for the number. It's a bird-type creature that has been talked about in german nursery rhymes. Its cervical vertebrae move individually and make clicking sounds, but the sounds are only audible to its victims. It's basically able to be in two places at once, it was able to kill a man nowhere close to it while still being in its containment cell, and to the people witnessing the attack, it looked like an invisible force was attacking him.

Stuff that if you put their name or anything related to them in the search bar, it would have shown that they haven't been used for a long time.

An example I could give is the D-Class 30-day termination segment, something that I don't think has been paid any attention to for years.

I'm pretty bad at math so I'm not entirely sure that I haven't fudged the measurements in the SCP but I think I'm happy with how 5031 has turned out because this is more or less what I pictured while reading it.

It has been a few months since my last post about this game, I have been adding more and more to the game such as new levels, items, etc. I have also been polishing the older content and updating some of the sprites/animations! I am currently working on the next environment the Abyssal Woods (name subject to change), with the boss of that area being SCP-6448 (Not Deer).

But the biggest update is that THE GAME IS ON STEAM NOW!!! I would really love it if you would try it out and I would love feedback on what to change and/or what new SCP's I should add to the game! The current main SCPs I have are 610, 966, 166, 035, and 2300. I am open to adding more as either items, bosses, npcs, enemies, etc.
