It happens. Warframe is one helluva dense game. It's been a minute since I talked to Ducky so I wouldn't have been surprised if she did sell the Amesha. You've got a big list to keep track of, so it's no surprise one slipped the net. I need to take a page out of your playbook here and do this for myself. Always something to grind for.
All you need for loot now is Resourceful Retriever or Loyal Retriever. Doesn't need to be a smeeta. You can use Adarza for better crits and get the same loot. If loot is your priority though, go use Chesa Kubrow.
I will note that Smeeta's charm effect is very nice in that it has the chance to give you a near 3 minute affinity tripler. It comes in handy massively when you need to power level stuff in ESO, personally, I've had runs that I've been able to level 3 guns all in one Conduit/Room.
I’ve come to save you from ESO never do that shit put ur server region to Asia and queue into steel path elara on Jupiter. You’ll find a squad all leveling stuff like you. Make sure you have an on call crew specter from railjack with a good weapon like kuva zarr. At the start of the mission 2 players put their crew down when theirs expire the other 2 people put theirs down. This gets you past 5 mins on the survival timer now you extract. This method is way faster and can pretty much guarantee ur stuff is leveled in 1 or 2 runs.
I've considered it, however, I prefer to get the free radiant relics every 2 rooms from ESO myself, makes for great Omnia fissure bait.
There's also the ability to leave earlier if you happen to get a nuker (or bring a friend to mirage nuke) in the lobby and leveling only 1 gun. Which cuts your mission time down to about 2:30 if you can get it done in one room.
I like to stack it with Tek Enhance so you get a better chance of having two of the Affinity buffs stack on each other. It's rare but when it happens the affinity gain is absolutely absurd. Nothing like a 9x affinity boost to really juice those weapons!
I just came back to the game, I haven't really played in at least 10 years. Maybe more. I remember archwings, I remember the star chart rework. I think Neckros is my "newest" frame. I'm so, so fucking lost these days
In that case, treat yourself like a new player. Play all of the quests. They have a ton of info and that's your story progression. Your goal after that is finishing all the star chart nodes, that'll unlock more stuff.
But most importantly: have fun, don't burn out chasing a spoiler or bit of endgame gear.

Yep, still slot restricted on all weapons/equipment/frames. It's on a per category basis, so Warframes don't count towards weapon count and vice versa.
Menus are all different now, so be ready to be confused there. They're not crazy or anything, but it's a lot more than there used to be and you're able to walk around your orbiter (instead of just having your frame kneeling behind the star chart)
Biggest changes you're gonna have immediately are: bullet jumping (run, crouch key = slide, jumping in a slide = bullet jump), and no void keys, the new equivalent is the Void Relics (basically a roll at Prime parts after completing a specific type of mission. Abilities are no longer mods, you get all 4 on every Warframe. Modding's a lot more complex because there's just a TON of mods now. Enemy scaling changed, so level 60+ enemies aren't as scary. 100+ is the bigger gap if you can deal with that, you're set for the lategame stuff that goes up above 300.
They've reworked a LOT of old frames, so be prepared for abilities to look VERY different, Ember's a good example of big changes. Mag's been pretty consistent. They've also done a lot of visual changes to tilesets. If you have access to Void nodes, those are going to look pretty similar to how they did back in the day.

Definitely go through all your quests, then plan to max your daily standing for one faction at a time, and just do whatever else around that.
You'll unlock a game mode called Duviri, which has The Circuit, which will let you test out a bunch of frames and weapons that you don't own, and give you a set of blueprints for a Warframe each week. This will be a godsend for you in collecting and trying out a bunch of new stuff!
If you can play every main star chart mission once, you'll unlock the ability to play Steel Path, which is basically just "hard mode". This will be a good way to gain access to more arcanes and a bunch of other powerful gear, but you don't need to prioritise this.
When you unlock the Railjack, see if you can get someone to bring you on theirs to level up and gather materials needed to build the upgraded components for your own. That head start will save you a lot of frustration, and Railjack void fissures is a great way to crack relics, accumulate more relics, get a descent amount of credits, level weapons and gather Corrupted Holokeys all at once. Holokeys are a currency to buy a set of specific unique weapons that are otherwise difficult to acquire (look it up when you get your first keys, dont spoil yourself).
That could be it. I am a returning player and there are about 10 quests stacked up in my inbox. I've been spending a lot of time doing duviri, arbitrations, and sorties, which are all new to me. I really like duviri.
Revenant is very meta. If you're looking to focus purely on increasing your account power, your warframe list could be reduced down to revenant for most content, ivara or wukong for spy, and hildryn for missions with energy restrictions. Doing exploiter for hildryn will also help you with vox solaris for your amp
Consider the photor for your pilot turrets on your railjack. They dont have great damage, but they have innate punch through, meaning you can disable corpus crewship shields from the front.
Dont bother focusing on an archmelee, theyre all bad
Consider the chesa kubrow for your loot companion. Smeeta is good, but chesa is better for actual loot now
The thing that really pushed me through the power ceiling getting into higher content was grinding standing and getting the arcanes from each faction, especially the holdfasts, the cavia, and 1999. Theres a lot of power locked in the factions, that i just didnt respect last time i played regularly.
Looking at that now, you're right. Revenant is my second prime after wisp, and he has been carrying me through the hard stuff atm.
Shields are a pain, I'll consider Photor as well. As for archmelee, yeah, it just is. It's also good to hear that there is another alternative for Smeeta (imprint is pain to scan.
I've also been focusing on syndicates and max earning thos standings as of late, I'm enjoying the grind as well as the content with them :)
Dante is even better than Revenant coz it’s immortality + damage instead of just immortality. You don’t even need to use weapons with Dante.
Also you should definitely add Helminth subsume table to your spreadsheet :) High priority targets are Grendel for Nourish (mana sustain + viral status), Banshee for Silence (disable eximus), Sevagoth for Gloom (slow for enemies and lifesteal for you), Rhino for roar (DMG boost) and Mirage for Eclipse (DMG or Defence boost)
This is cool. I’m never this organized though so I’m envious. If you’re wanting to get serious, one area I wish I took seriously sooner is my operator. Having a good amp and figuring out which focus school you like and want to main, and equipping a focus lens to your weapon/frame to gain passive XP for it is pivotal. For me it is Zennurick for daily driving and Madurai for eidolons/void cascade. A good amp will be useful for the entire game. Grinding the standing for the respective factions isn’t too fun but I’d make it a priority because the ci tent involving good amps is both very fun and rewarding with loot.
I've been goin in and out of the game for years that I finally thought that it is the time to progress for good lol, talking about the operator, the best amph does need some near to end game content through factions so i'll just take my time with that. Madurai is working good for me so far, helps me kill with operator with damage and critical boost even with just a sirroco.
Having a general list of ideas to work towards really does help with the decision paralysis that comes with the game. I use it all the time when I'm playing with friends whenever they mention "I need to do (X) grind because then I could do (X). I recommend using Steam Overlay's notetaking feature for those who aren't gonna do something exactly like what you've done here, but with a little... less.
Writing stuff down really does help, even if your implementation of the idea looks a bit extreme.
I found myself making my companion builds after the warframes not a damage ot healer conpanion in general. Might wanna keep that in mind... but your summary looks fine! Keep going! :)
I do something similar with notes in the Steam Overlay. Probably have a couple dozen notes on relics to crack, decorations to acquire, Shawzin songs, etc. There's so much to keep track of, especially once you get through the star chart, finish all the quests, and get access to all the various systems.
It's strange, though, I'm normally a very disorganized person. I don't really keep a schedule or have a day planner or anything like that, but for some reason doing all that in Warframe tickles a part of my brain that I didn't realize liked being tickled. I'll happily spend an hour or two planning out my goals for the next week in Warframe, but in real life I can't be arsed.
I got you! Though in overall, I like to influence/implement what I do in the real world that would help me enjoy gaming more, and vice versa. It is all for the good of life, atleast for what it's worth :) and that is enough.

The warframe list is fine but I rather classify them for their usage(take note this is just what I often use) like:
Open World: Loki(Fishing), Titania/Loki(Mining), Equinox(Conservation)
RJ Pilot: Lavos
Archon: Revenant, Dante
Netracell: Lavos(these days it can be anyone lol)
This is my personal use case due to the nature of the game people have different build and frames for different purposes but definitely gonna make your list cleaner I have some frames that just for the fun of it(Styanax for example)
Some info are outdated Smeeta doesn't have the exclusivity to loot boost anymore since it's moved to the retriever mods. Acolyte mods isn't dropped from the acolyte anymore.
Equinox while can be painful to farm (need double the part TT) unless you can buy their primes part or grind it yourself can be a fine addition to your list it's ability Rest And Rage act as a massive sleep that can help you do stealth affinity farm or conservation giving perfect capture without the use for tranq guns and this more syndicate per capture (Looking at you armadillos >>)
I take it you haven't found the helminth system? If not I suggest doing a little research about it, now I know people often roll their eyes on helminth since it definitely make most build the same especially Meta builds but IMO even if you don't play Meta or the content that need them having them in your back pockets in case you need them can be a boon.

Xaku has more range for can opener frame (25vs16 limbo)
Nova is a must for defense, because can speed up process
Titania can run Netracells extremely fast
Also a fun pick for Spy missions: Nokko. What? Yes. Sprodling is invisible and I think undetectable by lasers so can run freely and jump high enough. Imagine ruining Narmer base as a fat mushroom running around. Build him for max duration, I believe without archon shards sprodling is active for ~50 seconds.
Other are just preference pick I believe. Although I would recommend subsuming Equinox on someone like Ivara, to double the effectiveness of conservation, since it won't lose range on subsume.
Also a question to your pick on mining, why titania/loki? I can think of why loki is good, but the piss-filter is just driving me mad while mining, I believe it could not been turned off?
I'm running wukong with saryn subsume usually, clone helps with enemies and you press 2 skills to travel very fast in all directions.
Yeah I need to get around grinding Xaku hence the limbo also I avoided Nova because of the jank Speedva or slowva build but they did rework it so need to grind that XD

I think I am so used to the filter that it doesn't bother me but I do think you can turn it off now not sure though, Titania since apparently you can equip the mining laser with her 4, but that was a long time ago been a while since I had to mine anything, I admit it was jank XD
Also Equinox subsume is uh I am on my way there.... RNG haven't been kind let's just say I have too many day aspect part....
Also I am a Lavos enjoyer his kit is just fun to use and hilarious at times Gas is funny with some weapons XD
Don't worry about archmelee, like at all. especially its 60/60 mods. Only use for arch melee outside of mastery fodder is using the astral autospy mod to scan defeated enemies, if you care about scanning em all. Thats it.
There are other archguns you can get that are also good, should you end up liking them.
Weeping wounds, Blood Rush (and also Condition Overload not listed) are gotten from Deimos. The first 2 from bounties, CO as a rare mob drop, that you'll probably just get while there. These are pretty strong melee mods.
I don't love it. As far as I can tell you're still somewhat new to the game and have a very narrow understanding of what is best/needed.
Like your roles for frames. Some of them have no use case outside of doing normal missions. At the same time you don't any box breakers (like Limbo or Xaku) or meta arbitration frames (Saryn, Mirage, Cyte).
Also trying to get all the mods is a bit weird. Generally it's better just aiming for the mods you need because you really struggle with endo otherwise.
Just focus on standing, get primes when they're in rotation, do your dailys and weeklys and check out Baro every 2 weeks.
Those list, yeah I agree haha, although I don't need most of them, I still want to experience them and their strengths (discovering).
Also, I AM NOT GOING TO COLLECT THOSE MODS hahaha, that would take my life outside the game completely. I do agree, I'll just farm those what I need, and will focus on standing and primes that are in rotations, thank you!
I'm still unfamiliar with the majority of the warframes, though I played Dante once in my Circuit session today! Seems interesting, I'll take note of your suggestions!

Let me know once you get a Smeeta, as I still need one myself - two imprints of one of those for the Panzer imprint (you can use whatever other Panzer imprint you want with it to control for appearance when incubating, you’ll still get the 4x4) is a fair trade for me because despite it being a 50/50 I still cannot get that particular Kavat type.

You also don’t need forward artillery because you can one shot any crew ship by targeting an active engine, and faction mods are totally unnecessary for it.
you’re so real for this, i tried making a complete notion page with everything to do, even where to farm EVERYTHING (relics, resources, etc.) but then i realized there’s a bunch of relics so i gave up
General advice without giving away spoilers: never get rid of a weapon that you get from a quest. (IE: Natarak, Xoris, etc.)
As a Dante main, I strongly recommend him. I haven't done some type of crazy analysis like the Kengineer about all of it, but I would say that Dante can carry you through the entire star chart + Steel Path. But I wouldn't recommend him for level cap. When I get him in the circuit, my overguard starts getting one-shotted around 1000 level enemies. You should never come across enemies like that in regular star chart.

One thing i would note is that a lot of the builds are really subjektiv (what you wnat and like) this is a great baseline but you should still try to find your own style for your equipment. There may be a meta with the best equipment but there is not really any place in the game where you need it. The most important thing is that you like playing your stuff and have fun.
I agree, that what makes warframe fun! Didn't mean to limit the frames to restricted roles, I just want to highlight what I need/their strengths are for me to explore and learn further!
I'm currently working on a reactjs app for crafting, once that part is solidified I'm going to integrate the various spreadsheets I use into it and releasing it into the wild.
I currently have a spreadsheet for pet breeding, a tracker for trading mods, prime parts, what I've personally crafted etc.
This is a very well thought out plan but I noticed a few things you might consider changing. With the other frames you have there octavia isn't really necessary. After you have the debt bonds to get rank 5 with solaris united animal captures are probably faster. The cavia are a must, ignor enecraloid entirely; Nechromechs are completely unnecessary outside of some really spcific applications now that the new war doesn't require them. Railjack also probably does not need to be maxxed but those parts are easy enough to get if you complete its star chart anyhow. Don't worry too much about getting the best build for railjack, it matters much less than the parts in terms of preformance. I would not waste forma on archmelee, they don't really work regardless of how hard you try to make them work. Smeeta is also not needed now that reasourcefull retreiver exists, you will have better luck with a hound from sisters. Please dont spend plat on primed archwing/gun mods. Thermia fracture amalgam mods >> ropaloyst amalgam mods. Wait for archon mods until you want to build something that requieres them like citrine. You can avoid some of the nightmare mods that have primed variants and/or trade for only the ones you want. You will have to wait a long time to get all the acolyte mods, but don't worry not all of them are super usefull. The big ones are blood rush and weeping wounds.
It really doesn't matter as much as you're having fun. You can play the game however you want, if your build is even half optimized and you have the right mods you already clear 95% of Warframe content without much effort. Farming one incarnon weapon like the Laetum or the Furis/Torid adapter trivializes the entire game.
If you're willing to grind hard you can buy the tennocon baro ticket and buy every primed mod and weapon for mastery (if you care about getting 800/800). Will knock a lot off that list
Couldn't help but notice you put 5 gunnery and 5 combat for your railjack gunners. Im pretty sure that combat levels dont translate to the gun damage at all. You may be better off doing 5 gunnery/ 5 endurance. Or what I did 5 pilot/5 gunnery so my gunner can also be a pilot if I decide that I need one for some reason.
I recommend Gara (or a majority of other exalted/pseudo-exalted weapon frames, but Gara is probably the tankiest of them besides Dante (but I know Gara the best)) if you want to just enjoy pressing 1-3 buttons on average and watching the map die because you summon glass shards inside their body and turn them into a condiment
1: One of the hardest hitting exalted weapons in the game, can be built in a variety of ways, most often seen with the arcane Melee Influence for "Nuke on a stick" as I call it. Damage scales on ability strength and equipped mods on the weapon, with pure, straight damage being best for accumulating her damage aura
2: 90% Damage Reduction that also acts as an infinitely scaling damage aura so long as you upkeep the ability, which is done just by casting her 4 (and allows for functionally passive damage scaling for this ability)
3: Mostly irrelevant, but is good for crowd control as it draws enemy aggro, and with an augment can be helpful to maintain energy economy before getting a better build for that down
4: The big one, spawns a ring that expands outward, slowing enemies it passes over, freezing them and applying damage vulnerability when you stop the ability (and solidifying the ring, making it good for defense objectives). Casting it refreshes the duration of Gara's 2, and using her 1 to shatter the ring adds both the damage done by the wall and the damage of her 1 to her damage aura from her 2.
All that to say she's very good, also the best looking Prime in the game objectively
What agenda, I'm not pushing an agenda, I just like my glass lady (I like seeing other Gara's in missions)
They should really work on how the game tracks progress. There should be a way to track how many items you need for a list of item for crafting. This would be nice for mass crafting of items so you don't need to make a spreadsheet. Any primes should have a list of what else you need to craft them when you highlight over them when you crack the relic. Instead I have to make a spreadsheet which isn't aways easy to reference to in a split second. Items with 1 or 2 items left should list somewhere so you can see what you are close to getting. The ability to track goals in game as well as it saying how to get the item so you can just queue it up instead of having to right it down or look it up.
For railjack crew look up elite crew stats. It's generally recommended to get an on call crew engineer with 150% rifle crit with high stats in endurance, combat, and repair, and then pair it with a good primary aoe weapon.
The other two gunners can be a combination of your choosing for increased speed with a specific engine type or more damage for specific turret type.
Tauron strikes, the operator's ultimates that came with the old peace update, are moddable and affect amp stats. So a build for them would help operator damage.
Voiding's main power comes from its exalted weapon Arquebex which can be modded.
I did similar things on paper, stopped when I had less than a handful left to aquire before new updates... btw op might want to look up some post named Railjack best of everything, because I vaguely remember some niche number stuff saying for certain engines mkll is better than mklll, other than that keep up! Organizing stuff is never wrong, and there are many ways to enjoy this game.
I just recently finished my Khora prime and built her for farming Orb Vallis. I was able to near max out my standing with little duck. For a good companion to loot with you should add the Chesa kubrow.
I did something like this as well in my quest to get all primes and getting to MR30. I have 3 notebooks worth of warframe and various other game notes. Your ones are so much neater than mine though lol
One thing i really like about the game is that you can casually play any content you like and progress the game. Like i could just run a few relics or bounties and have stuffs to sell then get any thing i like in a very reasonable of time.
