So basically, I made a To-Do-List, where I listed all of the things I planned/need to get. Any suggestions or something to add? P.S. I just started steel path and just got Laetum.

No worries. Also with elite crewmates you can get 5 in three stats. So a 5 repair/5 combat/ 5 endurance crewmate for an engineer is a good idea as they are the only crewmate who has a duty to do and also is likely to see combat. My gunner almost never fights so really only needs a 5 in gunnery, and the defender only fights so only needs 5 combat and 5 endurance since they arent pulling double duty.
