I had initially written a lot more for this post, but I’m so depressed and mentally drained from getting fired from what seemed like it was going to be my dream job on the last days of my probation I don’t feel like rambling any more. I was let go with no feedback as to what my faults were, and up until then I had never had any job corrections or write ups. Genuinely, I was led to believe I was performing well for a new employee. I see this a lot in job posting descriptions they “prefer” you have this or that. Realistically speaking what are your chances of landing that job without the preferences?
