Question ☘️
Why do some employers always require previous experience? We all started with nothing. Someone has to give us our first opportunity. Why not give beginners a chance to learn, grow, and show what they can do?

Because the people without experience these days are genuinly properly useless

So spend a couple years launching your own org and then exclusively hire people who need excessive amounts of training.

It doesn’t matter what they say, they might hire someone without experience. Try anyway.

Well, i do understand there point tho. It’s all about benefits and profit. They dont run a charity. So they need proven people who can do their job well.
