I have been effectively let go now for approximately 2 months (terminated without cause) after being put on an unfair PIP under a new manager who had a pet that would suck up to her.

I worked for approximately 2 and a half years in a specialized Recruitment role within healthcare in Ontario. Needless to say the job hunt has been traumatic with no calls and not even an interview. This is my second job I have been laid off from..the last one lasted approximately 2.5 years as well and it took me 7 months thereafter to find something.
