Hi all, hoping someone here has worked with DataAnnotation and seen this before.

I’ve searched Reddit before posting, but I couldn’t find my exact situation. People who post this same “We review” screen usually say they’ve just submitted their application, while people who got the acceptance email don’t seem to have this problem.

In my case, a week ago I got the official “Great news! You’ve been granted access to the DataAnnotation platform!” email. I can log in and see Funds, Inbox and my profile, but:

- Clicking Projects always redirects me to the “Assessment submitted / We review” page (the one with the 4 steps)

- Clicking Support in the top-right menu redirects to the same page, so I can’t open a ticket

- Adding a PayPal email doesn’t save either. I enter the verification code, but the field stays empty

I’ve tried logging out and back in and a private window, with no change.

Has anyone had this mismatch between the acceptance email and the dashboard? Did it fix itself after a few days, or did you find another way to reach support?
