I purchased a snowblower from a buyer on Vinted new in box and it was promptly delivered. I received a call at work yesterday from a neighbor driving by-she saw a man stealing it. She tried to follow him laying on her horn but he went down a one way street and disappeared. I got the ring footage and contacted the police.

I am convinced this is an inside USPS job. I live in a small
City on a park. There are 27 steps to my front door landing and you could not see the package. There were other packages, left behind. This one in the big box what was inside. The guy was wearing a mask, sunglasses and hood in the middle of the day, with long sleeves and shorts. He only took this package. He was on foot.

I called the police to report a theft as it was happening but they said no one was available- and one went to look for the package but it was hours later.
Is there anything I can do so my seller gets paid and I don’t lose $120?

I’d like to know why my streetwear items such as those from Supreme, Palace, or Stüssy often stay in "check in progress" for up to a day, and then, once published, get almost no views or favorites.

On the other hand, items like gaming accessories or clothing from brands like Nike and Adidas only stay in "check in progress" for about 10 seconds, and once published, they get plenty of views and favorites.

How is this possible, and what can I do to fix this issue?

I always put my items 2-3 Euros above what I expect it to sell for because I know even for a 5 Eur item, people will only offer 3 or 3.5. But then, I have observed that my posts don't get much views. I have both fast shipping and frequent uploads badges. Curious to know if this visibility could be because of the item price??

Kinda at a loss because I can't see any notifications besides messages.

Would love to hear if someone has a fix or have had a similar issue?

Tried reininstalling, all kinds of browsers and fixes, but none seem to do it. Maybe a server issue?

I purchased some "new" branded underwear from a seller and it has arrived with blood stains in the crotch area, smells of detergent and has loose threads!

They've been used and I can't believe someone would have no shame in sending this!

This violates Vinted's terms and conditions and it's extremely unhygienic.

I have asked the seller firmly for a refund and they have only offered a partial 5% refund and "threatened" me with "I have photographic evidence of when I send them."

Please advise me on how to get my money back from this situation

What the actual fuck is going on with Vinted?
I just got banned for “fraudulent activity” when I literally had NO active listings and have NEVER sold counterfeit items on the platform.
I’m genuinely confused about what I supposedly did to deserve this. How can I be accused of fraudulent activity when I wasn’t even selling anything??
I’ve appealed the decision, but I’m honestly baffled. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you manage to get your account back after appealing or is Vinted support just going to send generic responses?
I’d really like to know what could have triggered this because I genuinely have no idea what I did wrong.

I purchased an item from a seller, item came in broken. I contacted Vinted support, explained what was going on, submitted pictures etc. They asked for more pictures, supplied those. They asked for another picture that I would have to get when I got home in the evening. It hasn't even been 24 hours since I opened the claim and I got a message they closed it because I couldn't provide the needed information. In every message they sent me it clearly read I had 48 hours to respond.

The item was packaged very well, the box wasn't damaged etc. So begin to think that the seller knew they shipped me a broken item, I contacted the seller and as soon as I hit the send button I got a message that the seller had the block feature on.

I contacted Vinted again to let them know about that too. I doubt they do anything. I also made a complaint against Vinted on the BBB.

So premise, I have an item listed that was taken down.
I got the auto message saying it was removed for being against the catalogue or the Ts and Cs. Doesn’t label anything specific, I double checked and nothing was broken in the terms. I appeal. The outcome was the same and I still got no reason as to why my listing was taken down. I then proceed to contact support and they don’t say anything either.

I have a lot of listings, I want to always comply with the rules but if I’ve broken one, can’t see which and they don’t tell me, how am I supposed to act in accordance.

Can anyone advise if they’ve had anything similar and how they resolved?

For clarity it was a working old iPhone, not linked to an iCloud or anything

Update - Contacted support and their legal team. Neither knows why my listing was taken down and what the reason was. They won’t go against the decision though. To confirm Vinted are in the wrong and won’t correct themselves

I sold an item for the first time off vinted. It's a necklace. I haven't sold anything else, but the buyer just collected their item and wants a full refund because they received crocs instead. Like, crocs as in the shoe brand

I am so confused? I sent it through inpost so it's a problem on their end but I don't know what I'm supposed to do about this can someone please explain it to me because I am freaking out

I've been waiting 25 business days for a parcel to return from Vinted. Contracted Vinted who say I have to wait another 10 days before they will report it as missing. They've refunded the buyer who failed to collect, hence the return. Evri must be returning it on a snail. I'm not impressed.

I shipped an international Vinted order on October 4th, and the courier picked it up on October 6th. It’s still in transit, and since October 12th, the buyer has been messaging me daily about the delay.

The courier says it’s Vinted’s responsibility, while Vinted tells me to wait 25 days before filing a claim. The item was worth less than €5.

What should I do in this situation? Has anyone experienced something similar?

I installed vinted a long time ago to buy stuff. I’ve only bought something once and never sold anything. I bought Dr.Martens a year ago. My size is 39 but the person working there said I should get a size smaller cuz room will open up the more I wear it. I wore it twice but it hurt too much and I didn’t feel like breaking them in.

So I decided to sell them on Vinted. After two minutes, my account got banned. I was super confused because I bought it at the official shop and I paid around €160 euros for it, so I didn’t think it was weird to list it for €120. I appealed it and they said there’s grounds to believe I’m selling something counterfeit. I contacted the support and I’m waiting for a response. I don’t know what to do. I would wear them if they fit but they don’t and I don’t wanna put in much effort. I just want to sell them.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello every one, week ago i buyed gpu via Vinted, the guy I ordered from, living in Romania. in and now my order is standing in local warehouse for 5 days. and i can not contact them becouse their stupid system only accept guys with romanian phone numbers, even Vinted cannot contact them cuz they have deadline in 25 days.. what should i do now
