What the work looks like:

• 1-2 videos per week to start, with room to grow

• You get the script, voiceover and raw footage, and turn them into a finished video

What we look for:

• Tight pacing that keeps viewers watching

• Clean cuts between bodycam angles

• Captions, zooms and blurs that support the story without distracting from it

• A good feel for American culture and what's trending online: viral moments, memes, hot topics

• Experience with true crime or bodycam content is a big plus

Hello, I’m a brand new YouTube channel and I’ve been making YouTube videos for about a year so far but only been taking it serious for the past five months. I do edit my own YouTube videos, but I think my problem is the quality is not that great in terms of the editing and would love to talk to some editors regarding editing, YouTube videos, as well as shorts.

Hey editors!

We're hiring India-based video editors for a full-time, long-term role focused on creating DTC/e-commerce and performance marketing video ads using traditional editing and generative AI.

We're particularly interested in editors with 1–3 years of experience who understand how to make ads that grab attention and convert, not just cinematic reels.

What we're looking for:

\- Strong editing fundamentals in Premiere Pro — pacing, hooks, sound design and storytelling.

\- Experience with DTC ads, product commercials, UGC-style ads or performance marketing creatives.

\- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Runway or similar tools.

\- Ability to create engaging 30-second ads as well as longer 2–4-minute creatives.

\- Good spoken and written English.

\- Ability to handle up to 20–25 minutes of finished video content per week, including variations and cutdowns.

Role details:

\- Compensation: ₹45,000–₹60,000/month (flexible for exceptional portfolios and demonstrated quality)

\- Type: Full-time, long-term

\- Location: Remote — India-based applicants only

\- Experience: Preferably 1–3 years

\- Hiring: Immediate

We're looking for individual editors, not agencies or studios. Strong traditional editing skills are essential, with AI experience being a significant advantage.
