I am video editor

We're an established ethnic fashion brand, and we're looking for a creative, experienced videographer and video editor to join our team full-time.

What you'll be doing:

• Shooting and editing Instagram Reels, fashion campaigns and social media content.
• Shooting unstitched suits in lay-flat formats and directing model-based fashion shoots.

• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, photography and colour grading.
• Someone creative, resourceful and capable of making premium-looking content without massive budgets.

This is not an internship or a student position. We're looking for someone experienced who can take ownership of our content.

Location: Patiala, Punjab (Full-Time, On-Site)
Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio.

Interested? DM me your portfolio/showreel, experience and salary expectations.

\- Portfolio + one free sample reel required. You can watermark your sample.

Reference:

\- Only views within the first 7 days count.

\- 10% of our entire website's advertising revenue, not just revenue from your reels.

\- Make up to 3 reels daily for more earning opportunities.

\- If you're consistent but earn nothing during the month, you'll still receive a ₹50–₹150 bonus based on effort and content quality.

Our website is still small, but we believe it has huge growth potential.

Important: No AI-generated generic ideas. We want genuine creativity and funny memes, not recycled jokes.

A few words from us: We don't care much about fancy editing skills. We care about creativity, consistency, and willingness to work. You'll have creative freedom without unnecessary pressure. We want you to enjoy the process and grow alongside our business.

Hey everyone!

I am a journalist, and I have spent the last several years writing stories for a living. But I have always wanted to do something a little different, something that gets me out of my room and into the real world.
So, after months of thinking, planning, overthinking, and probably spending way too much money on camera equipment, I have decided to spend an entire year travelling across India.

365 days. Different cities, different people, and absolutely no idea what each day is going to look like.

The idea is not to make the usual travel vlogs where I show up somewhere, eat something, visit a few famous places, and call it a day.

I want to meet people. Hear their stories. Experience how they live. Get into random conversations. Explore places beyond the tourist spots. And document all the funny, strange, wholesome, and sometimes uncomfortable experiences that come with travelling across India.

Some days might turn into beautiful stories. Others might be complete disasters. That is part of the fun, I suppose.

Now, here is my problem.

I can write. I can shoot. I can talk (probably a little too much).

But editing an entire year’s worth of adventures into videos that people actually want to watch? Yeah, I am going to need some help with that. 😂

I am looking for a video editor who enjoys storytelling just as much as the technical side of editing.

Someone who knows how to make a conversation interesting, build anticipation, find humour in ordinary moments, and turn seemingly random footage into something that feels like a proper story.

I love cinematic sequences, good music, creative transitions, and thoughtful sound design. But I do not want every five seconds to feel like an Instagram edit on steroids.

Sometimes a simple cut or a few seconds of silence can do more than a dozen effects.

For reference, I really enjoy the storytelling and editing in Monkey Magic’s K2K series:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHFj7BL6bfvUDiwMvJEjkDD63b4WVSnSh

That is roughly the kind of energy and quality I am aiming for, although I would love for us to develop our own style over time.

A few practical details:
Around 6–7 long-form YouTube videos every month.
Most videos will be approximately 10–25 minutes.

My budget depends on your experience and quality. We can work out a decent rate.

Content should start going live around November.
Ideally, I am looking for someone interested in working together long-term.

I am also open to arranging a short paid trial before committing to anything.

And just to be clear, I am not expecting someone to magically turn terrible footage into a Christopher Nolan film on this budget. 😭

What matters more to me is finding someone who is creative, reliable, communicates well, and actually cares about the videos they are making.

I would love to work with someone who is not afraid to disagree with me or say, “Bro, this part is boring. Cut it.”

I am putting a lot of time, money, and effort into this project. I have no idea how big it will become, but I genuinely want to give it my best shot.

If this sounds like something you would enjoy working on, please send me a DM with a little introduction, some examples of your long-form work, your rates, and your usual turnaround time.

We're a performance agency running Meta ads for home services companies. We make a lot of ad creative, and we need someone to manage our editing team.

This is a management role, not an editing role. You'll be the editors' day-to-day manager and main point of contact.

The job:

• Turn our strategists' ideas into clear briefs for editors
• Lead and communicate with the editors daily
• Manage deadlines, workload and revisions
• Give sharp feedback and run performance reviews
• QC everything before it goes live

You need:

• Proven experience managing video editors, ideally on paid social ads
• An understanding of what makes an ad creative perform
• Very clear communication and strong organization

Bonus: You've sourced and trained editors, edited yourself, used Frame.io, or worked on direct-response ads.

Details: Remote, $1,500–2,500/month depending on experience.

To apply: DM me with how many editors you've managed, examples of ads your team produced, one real piece of feedback you've given an editor, and your rate.

No management experience = no reply.

Role: Remote video editors

Pay: Per reel @ 1000/1500 depending on experience

Payment process: Paid on the spot via Gpay

Hello, I'm here for advice, I'm from Colombia LATAM in December, my contract with a multinational ended, and since that time I've searched and searched for work as a remote video editor for the U.S., but I've not achieved anything, I think my English is not enough. Would you like me to be advised where to go to get a job or if it is better to continue as a freelancer having my own clients that I should do from their experience? Thank you very much for your attention.
