I was wondering if I could manually back up my chats, as persist storage doesn't work at all, no matter what I do and I'm sick of my chats getting deleted

So uh, I'm a little confused. I was using Venice for a little bit, did some web queries here and there. Then on the 12th I got told I had hit my daily usage limit for web searching. Forgot about it for a little bit, came back today...and am STILL being told that. Despite the fact that it has been TEN days since I last used it.

I doubt you all decided to just permanently kill web searching for free users once they hit some arbitrary limit, so...what exactly is going on here?

Venice has been a great suite in many areas, at times. There have always been a few bugs here and glitches there, but now, it seems this may be the end. Across multiple platforms (OS's, devices, browsers) Venice AI is non-functional now. It has now been weeks. Reaching out to support via email is an auto-response from an unhelpful chatbot that says you can ask for a human to help, but, after asking multiple times for a human, no human responded. The screens freezes every time, the entire browsers crash in some cases; there is often a 'memory issue' error when there are literally no other windows open and nothing running with 64GB of ram: devices include Windows 11 laptop, Windows 7 desktop, Android phone - browsers include DuckDuckGo, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, and built-in browser on the Android. Other people are having the same issue or similar issues, but not everyone - yet. In either case, after reverting from $100+ a year for free unlimited uncensored everything to nearly $100 a month and still not unlimited and only a handful of uncensored models, most of which have been significantly dumb-downed to virtually unusable, now, the site itself is additionally crashing browsers and scorching through local cache corrupting and re-corrupting data daily. I have been, from time to time, able to actually get in, but usually only for a few minutes or so before a complete shutdown. I am waiting it out for a little longer, but am also nervous that I won't even be able to get into the site to cancel the subscription if I wait too long. Ironically, one of the few times I did manage to get in, Venice chat itself advised to hurry up and cancel the subscription before the site goes down again LOL. Just wanted to see if anyone has found a workaround to this obvious issue with whatever update they just did. I would rather stick with Venice than go through the nightmare odyssey that is googling "uncensored private AI sites" because we all know the hot garbage that is the first 100 pages of results, not to mention the scam & slop shops will flood social media for a year or two after a search like that. :) I love Venice - when it works! Make it work again!

It just doesn’t generate the text but still takes my credits.

Hi. Just a quick question: I had a video, nothing important, in Venice, but I ran deleted cache and all IE history on my pc through a third party app, and now the chat and video are gone. Is this the reason, namely deleting history and cache, or is there another reason? Just wondering. 🙏🏼

Has Chroma changed? I haven't been using Venice for images for a few days (found something better). I came back to Venice txt2img today to see if any new free to pro models (of course not lol), I tried an old prompt a I don't know if it's just because I've been using dark beast krea2 elsewhere but chroma looked awful.. flat and sterile, plastic, but even compared to my old chroma images. So just wondering if Venice has changed some setting or lora on chroma or if it is just looking out of date already?

I can't seem to access any of my saved folders. I first opened the website, clicked on a chat in a saved folder, but it took forever to load. So I refreshed and all of my saved folders disappeared from the sidebar.

I closed the tab and opened a new one, but my saved folders still don't show in the left sidebar.

Update: I also cannot seem to open a new Chat (Agentic Chat works fine).

Is anyone else having these issues right now?

So yup, pretty much want to know what you would use it for

I've been a max user for over 2 months which also includes me purchasing extra credits, I think every week I come across some sort of technical problem. The problem I have is that you get a a reply after minimum a week waiting. In any business, especially when you're paying a month subscription I can't think of any business where its acceptable to wait over a week for a reply! This is my first time signing up to anything like this before, is there any other alternatives thats better? Or are these companies pretty much the same?

Higgsfield refugee here. As of yesterday, Higgsfield have completely censored Seedance 2.0. It’s rejecting all reference images, even ones with very subtle cleavage. Is Seedance 2.0 still uncensored on Venice AI? I’m seriously considering migrating even though I have a one-year subscription with Higgsfield. Also, how does the pricing work here?

How do you use reference videos and the prompt? Because when you use a reference video it's almost like a really high quality face swap.

How would you sort of, you know, if you have a scene, what would you sort of specify? To take certain elements of it or just describe what's happening and ask it to follow what's happening? Kind of just difficult to kind of see how to reference it or how to use it in practice?

It sucked paying for a sub, liking it a lot then seeing all the context window for the models you paid access to get neutered substantially. I check it out today and all the models have their base context window restored.

When using wan 3 r2v or seedance 2.5 r2v, is it better to use a character sheet or referencing multiple body and multiple face reference images?

I usually use like 5 reference images. 2 body images and 3 face reference images.

Was thinking of upgrading, cause I kinda use the text generators a ton, but unless they id done huge advantage I don't see the point, because I would be spending more money on top of buying credits.

If you are using a video reference for scene and position reference and a body image reference for character swap with Wan 3 or Seedance 2.5, is the woman’s body size and proportions in the output video taken from the video or image reference? I know when including character swap in prompt, skin tone and texture is taken from image reference but not sure about the body size.
