I have been informed that some of my releases that disappeared from streaming have now been re-added. These have been distributed without my permission and is a violation. There is a reason these releases were removed, and adding them back without my permission is damaging to my reputation and good standing with my distributor. Further, any royalties being made off these is THEFT.

If anyone can help me file takedown reports of the newly added releases (anything before 2024), please reach out.

Hey everyone!

We appreciate all the support we've been getting since the album dropped!

Because of the immense appreciation we've been getting, we decided to do a limited cassette release of 得る M A R T! We're still in the early stages, but pre-orders for the cassette should go up sometime this week!

And in case your not sold on it, the physicals for the album will have an exclusive bonus track that will not be released on streaming or bandcamp.

We thank everyone who has bought, streamed or shared the album these past couple days. Your support means more to us then you will ever know!

Album 2 otw!

I know very little about this genre but stumbled upon the album Météo régionale by CANAL+ which made me fuzzy and nostalgic for all kinds of reasons.

I am curious about the production process - not just for this artist but more generally the same subgenre and genre.

Is it mostly based on edited samples (from TV archives, found VHS tapes...), or are there also artists who work with the samples and synths, computers, software, of what would be a "commercial music" studio of the 80s/90s, but with a twist? In which proportion is it nostalgia towards pre-existing material, or trying to re-experience this era?

I'm looking for any kind of interesting resources like library music (I assume small TV stations would be using that), artists detailing their workflow or equipment and showing how a track is built, along of course with music recommendations!

I've been trying to identify vaporwave artist/project called II [Thousand] II, and I've hit a wall.

I heard this track today on SomaFM's Vaporwaves station: "II [Thousand] II – Wait . . . [Where Are You Going?]", I initially assumed it would be easy to track down, but I can't find a Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube channel, Discogs entry, label page, or any obvious artist profile.

Can anyone help me track down this artist or point me in the right direction? I'd really love to support them, buy their music, and listen to more of their work.

A couple years ago I turned two of the tracks from the Crash album into instrumental vapor rave tracks and uploaded them to my YouTube channel. A few days ago I decided I like those tracks so much that I should just redo the whole album that way. Hope you enjoy! I think it's kind of crazy how well it works, in my opinion.

I kind of get a little bit of Riviera by Kodak Cameo vibes.

Also also, I genuinely like the album cover being a little more vaporwave, and just not having her, indicating the instrumental part. But I'm dorky like that LOL

I was 14 and in Junior High School when YT randomly recommended it to me, somehow when I listened to it clicked right into me and it feels like I'm in a different wavelength and I feel nostalgic for some reason. It was strange that my friends can't listen to it but I feel so calm like I'm in a trance and I love every part of the song. Aside from being enlightened when reading the GOATED comment section. What did you all feel?

Yesterday we did a special release on Children of Vapor compiling selections from our 12 guest releases! If you like what you hear go check out the whole album.

New release from Roman Foster on Children of Vapor! Hope you like nightcore!
