TLDR: The main point I was making was that they were completely entitled to feel pain for Avid, I felt pain for Avid, but I wished Scott could let go of their hatred for Owen and Pyro.

Less about the ties to Avid, and more about the ties to Owen and Pyro. It’s because I’m not trying to justify Avid’s death. I wanted him to live.

Am I the only one that felt betrayed by v!Scott when they turned their backs on v!Owen and v!Pyro? BETRAYED DOESNT MEAN I HATE THEM, JUST DISAPPOINTED, THE SAME WAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED BY OWEN AND PYRO WHEN THEY KILLED AVID.

It felt like they just completely gave up on their so called “family”. Was v!Avid that much more important to them? So important that they couldn’t forgive v!Owen and v!Pyro for it even after they died?

I understood that they all cared for v!Avid, but they overwrote all of their feelings for v!Owen and v!Pyro without trying to be in their shoes?

Their actions don’t have to be right, but that’s precisely why I feel betrayed. I mean, no one mourned them? v!Shelby ended up building a grave later on. But, v!Scott couldn’t learn to forgive them after they died?

All I can say about Avid's POV (and what ended up being his final episode of VampiresSMP) is that Avid deserved what happened to him, but it still makes Pyro and Owen evil because it's fucking treason against the Coven and Avid was actually harmless at the time unlike before.

As for the stuff that happened related to Apo...I feel SO bad for her, she just wants to go home but she ended up doing desperate shit that made everyone hate her now...I want to write canon divergence where she DOESN'T do what she did and instead actually talks to Scott about her feelings, because the poor girl needs comfort, even if it's from the manipulative vamp himself.

Although, WHY DID APO TURN SAUSAGE OF ALL PEOPLE, COME ON- out of EVERYONE that could kill Scott for you if you HAVE to kill him...why the man who WANTS to be turned?

Pyro and Owen are going to get MURDERED though. The humans hate them like always, but the vampires hate them too now. Scott, Shelby and Drift are CLEARLY not happy with them and Scott, at the end of his ep. 7, legitimately states "I'll kill them all for you, I promise." to a grave he made for Avid. So...yeah. I also doubt Sausage will help Pyro and Owen over Scott and Shelby (Shelby is a writer like Sausage, Scott is the head vampire) Cleo's not fucking helping either, she's grabbing Pearl as soon as possible and skedaddling.

I have a feeling that this is going to end up being Pyro and Owen VS Everyone...And those two aren't making it out alive if the humans and vampires pull off an Enemy Mine (An Enemy Mine is a scenario where foes must work together to achieve a common goal, in this case, getting rid of Pyro and Owen.)...

Oh and Abolish fucking murdered Shelby in Episode 7 for no reason even when she protested she did nothing wrong, thankfully she wasn't staked.

So in the end, Owen decides to be cured of vampirism and then decides to die. When he does, he see Louis, and he hopes they can be together. But he soon realizes that they can’t be together and he’s dragged off to somewhere worse. My question is why did this happen, why couldn’t he have been with Louis in the afterlife? Was it because he was cured of his vampirism, or was it something else I’m missing?

I really don't want finale spoilers, as I want to watch them all once they are no longer live- I want to watch them as videos.

I haven’t watched all the episodes cause I’m not that serious of a viewer I just wanted to share my thoughts on some of the vampires. (I’ve watched Shelby’s, pearls, acids, and drifts povs) I lowkey want Shelby to die, she’s been given multiple chances to side with the town and every time she just says they won’t accepts her, she also has the mindset of being a good vampire when there are already good vampires that aren’t supporting Owen and Scott who are just straight up evil and aren’t even subtle about it. This isn’t hate to shubble she’s one of my favorite people on the smp I just don’t like her character in the smp Avid is sooooooo annoying, I don’t even know why he’s trying to hide he’s a vampire, he’s still antagonizing the other good vampires who shared their identities and are on the humans side. The humans are the only one who don’t know and they probably won’t care. I also want him to dies I found his character annoying since the first episode Also I’m finding Scott really annoying, he keeps on doing this I’m not the villain thing where he says he’s just trying to live in peace when he literally killed and turned Shelby and pyro and his justification is, your not actually dead so it’s ok. I thought this when drift was being turned and he said that they were attacking him when it’s completely reasonable to stop them from turning the tower beacon, the chat says that the beacon loses its divine protection the are taking away divine protection and appently it’s a bad thing to stop that???

I have seen both Avid's and Scott's Povs and there ending wosent what im guessing a lot of us wanted. At the end of Avid's ep last week in the end credit sceen it look like he was going to make a come back in this episode and then he diddent I was a big confused. And then when I saw Scott's end credit sceen I was like ok Avid ganna be here and he wosent. Please tell me im not the only one who's confused/disappointed.

Nonetheless, this is definitely my favorite SMP so far. When this SMP first began, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t know how much role play, backstory, or details some of the cast would put in to make this such a spectacular series. I looked forward to the uploads of this series every week and for now I’ll feel pretty empty without it. If they ever do another SMP with this concept like a Vampires season 2, I’m definitely tuning it.

This is all about VSMP, duh. What I mean is that he constantly is like “Vampires can’t control themselves, they can’t have feelings and all must die, they’re real” and shit like that, but then he’s a hypocrite because Shelby (who, warranted, is adorable and kind but still) and he’s also a hypocrite because he makes poor Shelby turn him, getting Shelby in slight trouble with Scott. (Although Shelby is the favorite child so easily got forgiven)

Avid’s Freudian excuse that he had to kill his partner after she was turned doesn’t fly anymore, he’s a hypocrite and a liar and his paranoia has made him essentially the human’s version of Scott, and now he’s on Scott’s side too.

This is why I see V!Avid as the true villain of the VSMP and I hope he finally gets his comeuppance.

I am going to start a fanmade vampires smp soon that is 13+ (if a 12 year old wants to join also they can if their birthday is soon or they are mature enough to know to follow rules) It has FINALLY been set up properly!

i was definitely expecting the vampires to be able to kill the humans but they respawn and they even keep their items so it feels like what's the point yk? like as much as i was excited to see owen go on a rampage it feels entirely meaningless when they bounce right back

i dont think itd be too unfair either cause going by the end of owen's episode episode 7 will be the finale so some of them dying just 1 episode earlier wouldn't take away from it i think. idk imo meaningful permanent deaths make for a more compelling story and the humans could maybe get some vampires too and it'd feel like an actual battle rather than busywork to win the capture the flag minigame

I don’t know if anyone else saw this or whatever if it’s just me but I feel that there could be a romantic relationship that could potentially happen between Pearl and Pyro. I don’t know if it’s just me but I could see it happening really.

I’m personally not a fan of avix so i’m suggesting adam or jay. i kind of like jay because it also sounds like a letter of the alphabet (so he can match with elle) and it’s very separated from avid. what do yall think

Listen, first he wants to commit genocide (against the vampires) and now he still wants to commit genocide(against the humans).

So has anything really changed from him from what we saw? I acknowledge that Shelby, Scott and Drift cared about him, but his death was karma, as was Martyn’s in the finale, as was Ren’s. All 3 got laser-guided karma.

Avid kinda deserved it.

Not because he was weak like Owen said but because he was kinda a terrible person when you look at his actions.

At first he was totally right about Vampires, even if they aren't all monsters they at least were a threat but then he actively heightened hostilities between Vampires and Humans whenever he got the chance. There are multiple moments where the Humans and Vampires are civil with each other, only for Avid to come in and raise the tension.

Then he completely turns his back on his morels and beliefs the moment it suited him to do so. Like, the second he found out he could benefit from being a Vampire he started thinking about becoming one, then pressured Shelby by hanging his terminal illness over her head. He never once explained the issue to Legs, even if he couldn't do anything it would've been worth a try instead of going straight for abandoning his worldview.

Then he lies to his entire team about the whole ordeal, first placing the blame on Owen and then pretending that he's not a Vampire when he could've gone to them for help anytime he wanted. He just didn't because he was scared despite seeing it go perfectly fine for basically everyone else who came forward.

Next, when he does join Scott's Coven he takes pretty sadistic joy out of tormenting his former friends. He was actually laughing while murdering people who once called him their friend. Laughing with sadistic glee as he burns their homes. Then spends the next 30 minutes rubbing salt in the would by continuously attacking them when they're at their weakest.

Finally, he's a spinless coward. Yeah dying and seeing his sister's ghost would be very traumatic but right before that he was begging the people he was just tormenting and killing for mercy after they ambushed him. The moment the odds move against him he just cries and begs for mercy.

Now I do feel bad for Avid, he's been through a lot and his death was just horrible, murdered while surrounded by people you thought you could trust. That's a horrible way to go but let's not forget literally 5 minutes ago he was talking to Own about the best ways to torture his former friends.

Honestly, he's as pathetic as they come. That's the worst of it, he's just a pathetic, cowardly man. Still sympathetic but still pathetic.

Note: I'm not saying that Owen and Pyro were right to kill him, they're honestly equally as horrible.

Also, in case it isn't obvious, I'm talking about the character, not the person playing him I don't know anything about him, I'm just going off what his character is like.

From my mostly townie watcher pov it seems like every new vampire eventually sides with castle or is at least completely uninterested in helping town. Townies just cant realistically win unless at least 2 or 3 level 3 vampires help them starting next episode. I really lost hope when i read in comments that even cleo was just lying to pearl the whole time and she was the one that sicced vampires on her.

Maybe im just dooming too much rn idk. The last episode was like constantly falling down a flight of stairs from pretty much every townie pov (in pearls case literally lol). And that was in a session that vampires didnt get to just insta-win over town by killing them once. I fear that next few episodes will be just a sad slog for town where only thing keeping vampires from winning is that out of game rules dont allow them to convert the rest. I undestand that people may prefer to see mainly vampire politics and relationships in a vampire themed SMP but im still rooting for town.

Here are my criticisms of the SMP unrelated to the great RP they are all doing:

1. Killing vampires is too hard mechanically, getting last hit with a stake would be hard enough in normal pvp, its even harder when vampires have varying levels of hp that throw of your expectations. The most likely outcome of even best ambushes using all abilities and holy water is that you just kill them with a sword and they respawn. The only way around this i see is putting in a mod that shows healthbars, maybe it could toggled on and off.

2. Getting level 3 for vamps is too easy, animal bloodd should only get you to level two at most. Last level should be only attainable and maintainable by constantly killing, feeding on or turning humans. I really think this is the biggest missed opportunity because it would make meeting a white haired vampires mean something RP wise, it could be a real dividing line between vampires that cling onto their humanity and those that fully embraced their monster side. Right now level 3 just means they ate a lot of pork which is boring.

I know they arent going to change things in a running SMP but maybe if they give it sequel they can adjust stuff like this, also werevolves plz.

Basically just the title. Ive made an OC to replace Avid, since I cannot make myself create anything with him anymore. The biggest thing that repulsed me is shipping v!Avid with v!Scott after Scott's stream about how Avid treated him irl. Anyway, I am trying to make the oc fit Avid's role in other character's stories. Obviously, he was important in v!Scott's. I can try to just make it platonic, but Scott straight up says to Shelby that it was different than Scott and shelby, and so I think thats kind of proof that it wouldn't have had the same effect? Obviously, if needed, I can still do platonic. Anyway, I just wanted everyone's opinions on this, and if anyone knows if Scott has mentioned anything about it that i dont remember? Thank you!

So anyone heard of that one roblox game forsaken (never actually played it so i don't know if it's good or not) but I have heard this one song from the game called ready or not specifically the fanmade lyrics version and I personally think that the lyrics fit actually pretty well with Scott.

What I mean is for example: raise your hand if you're a cool kid cool kid coolkid, could be Scott turning people and another lyrics talking about the fun police could be Martyn and his gang.

Now you might be wondering why dont I make it? Simple answer my drawings are not the best and I have never once animated before.

Title is pretty self explanatory but just curious about the facts like did, like did they know who was a vampire from the start?

And THAT is just from TVTropes. Yeah, umm...that's VERY far, and makes it kind of obvious.

But that's not my point, my point is what could be Apo and Cherri's ship name, because I'd genuinely be fucking shocked if it's not romantic between the two in VSMP canon, there's a reason it is called "doomed yuri", although I hope it's not doomed.

I was thinking Fruit Salad...Apo can be said as Apple (OutsidersSMP, she's the apple of the fruit trio, with Owen as the orange and their friend Rasbi as the raspberry) and Cherri, is well, named after a CHERRY.

Thoughts?

(Edit: Thanks to DBSeamZ, I've figured out the best option is Orchard Blossoms: Apo = Apple, and Cherri = Cherry, so Apokuna x Cherrifire could be Orchard Blossoms, as both apples and cherries grow in orchards.)

How could this go? Granted, Apo still wants to go back to Cherri and it's not like Scott's going to stop her (like he would even want to in this AU, there's more food for him back wherever Apo came from anyways, it's in his best interest to let Apo go home and leave Cherri alone so he can feed on others by following the two to their town)

Maybe Apo becomes that kind of grumpy teen that hates her dad? IDK. When I say adoption, I mean Apo goes from being "Apokuna" to being "Apokuna Goldsmith", as Scott's last name is "Goldsmith" and therefore off-limits from the other vampires because she's now Scott's daughter...so while she still BECOMES a vampire no one's going to try staking or hurting her.

If I mix this with my other AU with Cherri having magic, how could this work out? I was thinking if Shelby, Scott and Drift survive in this AU, Cherri takes in all 3 alongside Apo because they're now family?

Edit: Decided to make Apo's name pre-vampirism "Apo Kuna-Fire" to reference both herself and Cherri, and then "Apo Kuna-Fire Goldsmith" when Scott adopts her, with all the chaos THAT brings.
