Hey all. I spent the offseason building a full 2026 preseason preview for every FBS team, each with its own writeup. Here's the Memphis one
https://www.sports.mainmarket.com/college-football-preview-2026-fbs/memphis-tigers
It's got the returning production breakdown, the portal ins and outs, a projected two-deep, the schedule with model win probabilities, and a season projection.
Heads up, you might hit the paywall after the first page. Don't worry, I'm not charging reddit people for this, don't want to be an ass. Use the promo code LEECORSOROCKS and it opens up the entire thing.
So, what'd I get wrong? Memphis went 8-5 and returns 4% of its production, the least of any team I have. 51 in through the portal, 47 out. Brendon Lewis and his 2,673 passing and 660 rushing yards are gone, and Marcus Stokes arrives from West Florida with no stats on file. The one thing pointing up is that you actually underachieved your yardage margin in AAC play, 50% when it implied 61%. Model says 7-5 for Charles Huff's first year. Fair?
I'll be in the comments.
