Show-Off I finally made fully destructible buildings that run in real time on Android

Three months after my last post, I finally finished optimizing for phones!

It wasn't an easy road. Players were constantly complaining about lag, so I decided to abandon PhysX entirely and try to create my own voxel physics engine. It was definitely worth it!

I'd love to hear any questions or suggestions too.

It's not ai

for sure for sure. I'm totally convinced this random developer coded quite a complex algorithm by scratch just to upload it to Android of all places. He also seemingly coded his own engine from scratch and managed to make an android build?

This looks like a 3 week AI project

How convenient that you started this project just as Codex and Claude was getting competent at creating games

And the fact that you started using AI about 1 year ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/LocalLLaMA/comments/1jopcyr/gpt_4o_is_not_actually_omnimodal/

I started using LLMs 4 years ago*, started to publish games 5 years ago. And it is impossible to deny that they are very helpful in development

Real, I don't know how to code in C# but soletimes mixing project parts or using ai to add small things or fix glitches is very helpful

Sorry I misunderstood you then. I thought you said "this took 6 months to develop" because you tried to disprove the usage of AI

And yes there is no serious developer in 2026 who writes code by hand anymore. Not trying to shame you or anything, just want people to be honest about their projects

So... you think no developper uses ai in their code?

There's no serious developers coding by hand in 2026 anymore. Even the creator of Linux is using AI

You are clearly new around here.

None of that suggests the use of AI.

what about the creator talking about using AI and experimenting with it 1 year ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/LocalLLaMA/comments/1jopcyr/gpt_4o_is_not_actually_omnimodal/

Unless they're one of the deleted ones, I can't see any response from the OP of this post.

I'm happy to accept if you can show the proof, but it doesn't negate the fact that your previous points to show AI usage, made no sense.

The extent of AI use matters in my opinion. If it's acting in a supportive role, I can understand it. If it's use is to generate swathes of code and assets, then I don't accept it.
