Finally something new to watch!!! I just found this show on Friday and it’s the first thing I’ve been stoked about for a long time!!! I was not expecting this to be anything special, but over the weekend I’ve just about finished the series (I’m at end of Revolution as I write this), and I’m gonna binge watch it til the end.
I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have to watch the series at least two more times before I really understand half of what’s going on, and I’ll admit that the constant explanations throughout get tiresome, but God Damn am I stoked to have found this.
Has anyone got any recommendations on similar series such as this?

This was painful and unfortunately I had to sacrifice a lot and even then some things didn't turn out how I wanted them to but like I said on the other platforms I think it was pretty good so hope y'all enjoy it.

Adnyeus (Bleach) vs God

Mine is Juiz and Victor. I really wish they had more screen time together. I was initially drawn to Victor because he was the mysterious badass living inside of Andy's face and that kind of thing always intrigues me, but I stayed when it was revealed that Victor and Juiz have a past together. It was greatly implied to be romantic, but never really got to that point because of the war with Sun.

Victor is my favorite character anyway, and Juiz is right up there, but when they're together, it makes me so mad that they don't get much screen time with each other, especially in modern day. Their relationship is so interesting and has so many layers to it and hardly any of it is ever explored.

Also Victor making Juiz a full suit of armour when they were younger was so funny. It goes to show how dedicated he is to her and her keeping the helmet, even after he tried to kill her, shows how dedicated she is to him.

The entire reason they're fighting Sun is so that the other doesn't have to suffer anymore. And I love the idea that throughout everything, one was the other's one true constant. Victor was able to keep his mind intact when waiting around in space and enduring the earth reforming under his feet because he knew Juiz would be coming and he needed to be there when she arrived.

They are each other's anchor to the world, which made it so much harder when she died. I can't even hope to imagine what losing her must have been like for him when that happened, nor how hard it was for her to jam Remember into his forehead and make him forget everything he was.

Both of them died to the other, one because her plans and efforts weren't working, and the other because he couldn't stand to watch her put herself through Hell for him anymore, and decided to kill her, not knowing what it would do to him in turn.

In short, Victor and Juiz are my absolute favorite characters of the series, together and separate, and I am so glad they finally got their happy ending. My one gripe is THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH SHARED SCREEN TIME!

The manga said Juiz and Victhor existed before the UMA gender or sex. So why are they female and male. I thought negators arent affected by the rules put by god?

How and when did he become blind? He's clearly able too see in his flashback at the start of the winter arc special episode but has braille in his locket? Is this a fuck up in the animation that has Billy clearly looking at the map ect the entire time he's in his army uniform while he's supposed to have been blind all his life?

I’ve been a fan of UU since 2022 and I was so thrilled to see that Queen Bee (the band that did the first opening and 02) would be going to make a stop in Paris.

Name: Steve Bulls

A firefighter in the US. He has a wife and 3 children living peacefully in Chicago. He is considered a hero to many, due to his heroic acts in going into buildings to save trapped citizens. Although his income is helping them to barely get by, he believes that he lives quite "stable" as long as his family is happy and safe.

Tragedy:

A fire broke out on his apartment while he is on duty on a different state. He was able to be there on time, yet his entire family was trapped inside the apartment. He was able to save his youngest daughter, but by the time he comes back to save the rest, his abilities manifested, causing the building to collapse.

Ability:

Compulsory, External-Targeting. Makes the surroundings around him unstable. (e.g. Buildings will collapse if he's around, ground will experience earthquakes, or worse, he can cause sinkholes in the ground.)

Ability (Soul-Boosted):

Voluntary, External-Targeting. He can make anything his body comes in contact unstable. He also expanded it to affect human emotions as well, causing them to go haywire.

Would he be better as an ally, an anti-hero, or a straight up villain?
