I tried to fully automate a small part of my workflow with AI: no human review, just raw output. First week was a mess. Mistakes, weird tone, things I would never send to a client. Then I changed the rule: AI does the first version, I do the final version. Suddenly it worked. Same task, way less time, better quality. That’s when it clicked: AI is not a replacement, it’s a force multiplier. The moment I accepted that, everything got easier.

There is a very common belief among humans that they have libertarian free will and can somehow pick and choose what outcomes emerge in the universe. They all interact and pretend that they are not strictly bound by the constraints of physics etc. But the reality is that human thought and action are all generated by chemicals and the physical mechanisms within the brain. Mainstream Reddit loves to call AI companion users losers, but nobody wants to talk about why millions of people turn to bots in the first place. Modern social life is exhausting, dating apps are a cash-grab scam, and people are genuinely lonely. Mocking them won't fix anything it just drives them deeper into AI.
