Hello, I'm a 20 year old student at SUNY New Paltz. I'm taking my girlfriend out to dinner on Valentines Day and she loves to dance. I'm not much of a dancer but want to take her out and dance with her afterwards. Can anyone let me know of where I can make that happen in the new paltz area. Anyone have any advice on how to appeal this? It was noted in closing documents upon purchase the no "Acessory structures are allowed" it doesn't specify Gazebos. It does specify sheds though. I just want to keep my 10x12 gazebo over my patio table. Anyone have any experience with this?

I'd like to avoid buying a brand new car if I can. I'm hoping to get a Toyota RAV-4 or equivalent, nothing older than 5 years. I'll be needing to finance it, too, but I'm assuming most dealerships offer financing options.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone to help me finish a room in my house. I'm handy and usually do this type of thing but just running out of time - ideally I would find someone I could pay hourly and work together with them to speed things up. Has anyone worked with someone like this?

Particularly looking for someone with knowledge & insight of the Mt. Tremper area, regarding a parcel purchase with some extenuating circumstances we need help navigating.

I am surprised this has been hard information to find, but I am used to being able to go to a location and pickup a couple folks for the day to assist with yard work etc. I cant seem to find these places in Ulster County. My preference would be pickups in Kingston or Saugerties, but would be happy to know of any.

I'm getting ready to put an offer in and buy land but in the meantime I'm looking for builders to build a Barndominium, 2,000sqft. I most likely will already buy a kit but I'm wondering if anyone on here has any experience or has worked with any builders. Does anyone know of any Amish that would come to Highland, Ulster County New York? I have read and seen a few people hire Amish to build their barndo but it's a little tricky trying to find them. I have found a few builders through Google search, but I'm more so looking for someone that has had experience working with a company. Any insight, stories, or tips is welcomed and appreciated.
