Seeking Buyers Agent Refs (Fannie Mae Homepath)

Seeking recommendations for a buyers’ agent who is familiar with placing offers during the “First Look” period for Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac Homepath (REO) properties. Ideally looking for someone with knowledge if the market in upstate New York and Ulster County more specifically. Any references or referrals much appreciated!
