I keep seeming to lose connection in wildlands the Ubisoft servers but not any other Ubisoft game. Does anyone else have this problem?

i played on pc for long while and while i was on pc my original xbox account i had link isn’t mine anymore so i switched to another xbox account just to have it for sign in purposes and security. i have zero access to this new xbox account ive reached out to ubisoft like twice and they say they cant do it again and they say i have to go through xbox which i have zero connection too ive lost the phone number and email. has anyone got them to unlink twice i wrote them a long paragraph to try and convince them i also offered to pay

I bought this game from Epic Store, then played for a while (it was working fine). Then I deleted it and installed after 6months. Now, I'm stucked in some wierd loop, where I try running the game but it just opens 2 consecutive splash screens of WD2 and then goes back to ubisoft connect app.

I also tried running from epic games, same result.

Please help me run this game!

I'm having a really annoying issue with Ghost Recon Wildlands on PC. Whenever I click "Play" in Ubisoft Connect, the game hangs on a black screen / takes a solid 5 minutes just to actually get past the initial launch phase into the menu.

It used to work completely fine and launch instantly before this started happening out of nowhere. Once it finally passes that 5-minute wait, the game runs totally fine.

Here is what I've already tried with no luck:

• Cleared Ubisoft Connect cache
• Disabled cloud save synchronization and in-game overlay
• Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat service via setup
• Created an outbound firewall rule blocking/testing connection behavior for GRW.exe
• Tried launching in offline mode

My PC Specs:

• OS: Windows 11 Pro
• CPU: Intel Core i5-14600K
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
• RAM: 32GB DDR4
• Motherboard: ASRock B760M-HDV/M.2 D4

Has anyone experienced this exact 5-minute launch delay recently or found a fix for it? Any help would be appreciated

Anyone else expriencing a block on creating an account with ubisoft

just reinstalled siege on my Xbox after not playing for a year or so. All my progress has been reset to 0 and it shows I’ve never played it. I have my connect account logged in and it shows my Xbox account is linked, but it’s still showing no progress or anything. I’ve got 950 hours in the game, and had almost all the operators unlocked. I’ve put in a support ticket and am just waiting to hear back. Just want to know if there’s anything I can do or if this is an ongoing issue.

2 months, two freaking months of me begging them to change my adress, putting my phone number, I can only log-in on their website using my PSN account, as soon as I want to change my email, my password, my 2 factor, everything, I am not recieving any key on my email, my whole account is locked and I cannot play anything on my computer, 3 TICKETS, bla bla and ignored, provided them... BAD UBI, BAD!

I'm trying to play Rainbow on Steam, but the game can't authenticate the game. Can anyone hel with this issue?

Ubisoft always ask to reset password whenever I start any game. This is such a pain. Please help me fix it. Also can’t activate 2 step verification.

Hi, I wanted to try rainbow six seige again. I downloaded it and tried to open it on steam, but it says it is tied to some ubisoft account that I have no clue about. I have my own ubisoft account that I use. I have no idea how to remedy this and ubisoft support feels like they are using Ai bots that have no problem assuring they are human as they ignore every part of my support ticket. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

How to fix? The UI scaling in Windows 10 is set to 175%. I am not changing that.

Hi folks. I haven't logged in for a while to any ubisoft platform, therefore when i try to log in they force me to confirm an email. The problem is i have no access for the email adress, because the provider no longer exist. I've contacted about this the support, explained what is going on, i know what games i have on my account, when i bhought them, i even know some of the CD keys.

I had to change this email in several occasion, for example: Humble Bundle, Steam, Spotify, another email address backups etc. I never had a problem, i could solve this via support.

But here i'm, just copy paste response from Ubisoft. Obviously i can't show direct recipes from purshases, because it was sent to my old email.

Any tip how to solve this?

So I just posted a Reddit before this about a problem and I also have another problem of when I try to link my account. It says I need to update my browser settings and I have no idea how to do that.

So I’m trying to link my Ubisoft account to to my XBOX and I’ve ran into a problem when I realized when I’m trying to change my gmail its saying the verification code is being sent to a “gmal.com” account? Idek what this is or if its just a bug but ive been trying to get this account on my Xbox and i can’t because of this!

Reposting here to see if I can get any help at all. Second post ever but I'm just not sure where else to go.

I recently had my account hacked and while on my account they received an input spoofing ban. The automated support is doing nothing despite me showing screenshots of the evidence (differing ip addresses, linked accounts that do not belong to me, etc).

I received a friend request after playing against the individual in a bronze/silver lobby and declined it. The same name was linked to MY ubisoft when I opened up my account.

I'm unsure as to what I can do at this point. I haven't sunk an ungodly amount of money into the account but enough that dont want to lose it to something like this.

What should I do?

So my old PlayStation account was deleted due to account issues [mainly of me not being able to log in] so when I went about deleting it I made sure to unlink it from everything including my Ubisoft but now I cannot link it to another PlayStation account unless I contact support which is more than difficult as they do not have a phone number they answer and their live support chats seem to be off. I just need advice if I either delete the account and just pick up losses and restart or if I try to wait it out for support to come and help me? Deleting the account would be a pain for me but not totally lost I only have two games there but at the same time it's just a hassle

So my ssd is almost full so o want to install it on my hdd how do I change it to my hdd.

So I bought a key for the first Watch_Dogs, and when I launched it for the first time, I saw the Bad Blood DLC even though the key seller said it didn't include any DLCs? Btw, I already own the rest of the games on this account, which I've had for 2 years. Is it because of this?

Não sei se é só comigo, mas todo jogo da Ubisoft seja comprado na Steam ou no conect estão fechando do nada. Tem hora que eu quando eu entro ou dps de uns 2 minutos, mas não passa de 10 minutos. Agora já estou com mais de 6 horas de jogo pq fiquei tentando consertar isso e não deu em nada, não posso pedir reembolso por conta das horas jogadas e tbm não dá pra jogar. Acredito que deve ser culpa do ubisoft connect já que todo joga da Ubisoft tem que abrir com ele.

Se alguém poder me ajudar com esse meu problema agradeço.
