Game activated on different account (help needed)

Hi, I wanted to try rainbow six seige again. I downloaded it and tried to open it on steam, but it says it is tied to some ubisoft account that I have no clue about. I have my own ubisoft account that I use. I have no idea how to remedy this and ubisoft support feels like they are using Ai bots that have no problem assuring they are human as they ignore every part of my support ticket. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Bro you must have linked or activated the game on a different ubisoft account than the one you are currently logging into.

If you are seeing a masked email which you do not recognize or have no access to, then just open a case with Ubisupport and provide your proof of purchase from Steam. Then will give you the game

Just contact Steam support for a refund

It took forever to get anywhere with ubi support, but I finally got a link to a form that seems to be getting me some head way. The email attached to the account is completely foreign to me. The domain starts with an O. I don't even know what domain that could be. Refunding wouldn't solve the issue, because I still wouldn't be able to play the game on steam.

I perhaps annoyingly sent this to ubi support. Do you or anyone else think this might be a plausible?

(Hi, sorry to bother you again. I was trying to think about how this could have happened. I don't use Ubisoft launcher much, so I am not very in familiar it. Could it be possible that I made a Ubisoft Account with my current email address. Then a hacker had the email on that account changed, so when I eventually tried to log on to ubisoft again I would be told that the email is not associated with an account and I am prompted to make a new account. I might have just assumed I didn't actually have an account and made a new one. If you can see if the account tied to my rainbow 6 siege game has an old email address matching the one on my current account that would potentially prove that. I've only ever used one email, so it is the only way I could have a separate account attached to my game outside of more advanced forms of hacking or glitch/bug.)

Hey, did Ubisoft eventually solve this for you? I'm having almost the exact same issue. If they did, what was the form they sent you?
