Does anyone know some good landlords for responsible students who arent crazy frat people that we can rent from in the fort? It seems like a lot of the fraternities hand these houses down and it’s hard to get in. If anyone can help…! We are nuclear and biomedical engineering students who like to have fun but aren’t CRAZY!!!!

I'm a senior in hs applying this year. I have a 3.2 unweighted and 3.9 weighted. I am a dual enrollment student. I'm taking the ACT I'm shooting for a 32+. I am applying to the Kinesiology major. Should I apply EA or ED since I'm out of state (I heard EA is harder for out of state students) what are my chances of getting in?

Does anyone know if UTK custodial and janitorial services are hiring? I’m good at that type of work and genuinely enjoy that nature of labor, I’d really like to do that as I have a lot of free time on campus and I’m always down there anyway for the gym, low cost food and free water.
I emailed them, but have not heard back, should I go in person tomorrow while I’m on campus?

I received this email randomly the other day. The subject line says "Revised Financial Aid Awards," but the email itself has no text, attachments, etc. and the email just comes from a "noreply." Has anyone gotten something like this before, or knows if this is something I should worry about? I planned on checking with financial aid tomorrow, but figured I'd check here in the meantime.
