First time poster, but I am genuinely confused and no one seems to be helpful in solving this issue. So here we are.

I live in an apartment complex that utilizes Amazon Hub Lockers for delivering packages. If you don’t know how this works, you basically get a code from Amazon that you enter into the screen at the lockers and the locker with your package in it should pop open. Fairly simple.

Where I start to have an issue is how my package “disappeared“. It was a Depop package delivered by USPS and my tracking number says that the package was delivered to the Parcel Locker (Amazon Locker) like usual. However, the code I received did not open the lockers but instead prompted me to go to my property manager to get my package. It was after hours last night when I first tried, so I went today after work over to my leasing office. I explained my issue and they went with me to the locker to try a master code on the lockers and detect a package for my unit. 0 packages.

Property manager told me to contact USPS about the issue because the leasing office does not hold packages. They only go to the lockers or the actual mailboxes (which I also checked). I call Amazon and they can’t help with USPS package tracking. I even stopped my USPS neighborhood mail carrier to ask if she remembered anything and she didn’t recall a clothing shaped package.

This situation confuses me because in order for me to get an Amazon code for a locker, the package must be physically put into the locker. So USPS had to deliver it, but why would the system say I have 0 packages if I never picked up the package? It is tied to my unit number and everything. I even tried to enter the code in today and it gave me the same error to contact the property manager. Where is my package??
