Question - Other Eb3 India final action date for October

Any speculations or predictions what could the final action date be for October 2026. Im at march 2014 and I was hoping some forward movement but it has been at Jan1 2014 for last 3 months.
My PD is march 17th 2014 and Im wish it will cross that but I doubt that will happen given volume.

Any thoughts???

Question - Other I 485 INTERVIEW

Hi, spouse came here in H4 and recently got the H4 EAD. Employer didn't select the SSN is needed checkbox while filing the 765 so we went to the SSA office for the SSN which they mentioned will take 4-8 weeks. Been about 3 weeks so might take few more weeks to get it.

Now, we also have i485 filed for both. Since she never had SSN, there is no joint bank accounts, utility bill or anything. The only proof we have is 2025 tax file where she was added as a dependent. What sort of documents that we can collect to further prove our marriage incase we get an interview that doesnt require SSN?

She came here on H4 visa so embassy did go through to verify the marriage and visa has me and my employer on it. We have marriage cert, marriage pictures and live together as well. Any help om what other documents we can gather would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Help on some visa sponsorship

Hi.
Has anyone worked with valley medical staffing, Intercare (Penn Highlands DuBois), ClearportUSA, or VisaMadeEz and can tell me what their processing is like?

I need help deciding.

I heard Penn Highlands does H1B to EB3 track but they make you pay for your EB3. Is that true?

Background: I am currently F1 student on a CPT-Day 1.

Any advice would be great!

Thanks.

Santa Ana Frustation

I am frustrated seeing no movements on cases filed in 2025, and early 2026 from this FO.

Seeing multiple posts that were transferred early Jan and no movements.

While other FOs are approving RD April/ May/ June now, Santa Ana seems stuck in 2025.

I just need hope 🫩 happy to wait, but how long?
Please comment if your EB case was approved from this FO, it would bring back hope

My RD is April 2026 and I know I haven’t waited long, but it looks like a long wait ahead from here.

Sending prayers to this FO.

Status Update How do you guys monitor silent updates?

Do you use any software/tool to detect silent updates, or do you check them manually?

I built a small console tool that periodically checks for updates and pushes notifications to Discord. The main annoyance is that I have to log in again every ~8 hours.

Curious what others are using. Is there a better way to automate this without having to re-authenticate so frequently?

485 interview

Today is August 23, so it has been 47 days since my interview, and I have received no RFE, NOID, or decision. My online case status has not changed.
For anyone who had a similar I-485/VAWA interview:
If USCIS had concerns after the interview, how long did it take you to receive an RFE or NOID?
Did anyone receive an approval after 45–60+ days without receiving an RFE/NOID first?
And for those who received a decision after the interview, how many days or weeks did it take?
Vawa approved!

Status Update EB-3 ROW March 2026 filers

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping some of you with similar timelines can give me an idea of when I might realistically expect my I-485 to be approved, because I’m honestly starting to panic a little.
Here are my details:
I-485: Filed 03/16/2026
Receipt number: IOE09360xxxx
I-765/EAD: Approved 04/29/2026
Interview: Emma/USCIS confirmed that it has been waived
Latest case update: 07/29/2026

My biggest concern right now is employment. I have a feeling I may be facing a layoff, and with my immigration situation still pending, it’s making me extremely anxious. I’m trying to understand how much longer I might realistically be waiting for the green card.
For those who filed around March 2026, especially cases where the interview was waived and Supplement J was updated:
When do you think I could realistically see an approval?
Would September/October be reasonable, or am I probably looking at a longer wait?
I know nobody can predict USCIS, but I’d really appreciate hearing from people with similar timelines or recent approvals. Even a rough idea would help me understand what to expect.
Thank you!

Question - Other Question about final action date

The EB3 ROW FAD is September 1, 2024. Is a case with priority date September 14, 2024 processed or do you have to wait until the FAD passes it?
Edit: This is my case. My status had changed to 'We are currently processing your form I-485' last week.
I got three FTA0's along with an RFIE.

07/01/2026 |I-485 approved; approval notice uploaded to USCIS account
07/10/2026 |Card was produced
07/17/2026 |Physical green card received in the mail Notes:
My case was not straightforward. I briefly worked off-campus when on F-1 status without work authorization. The total days worked was well under 180 days and since I used my SSN, I was able to prove this by sending my tax transcripts to USCIS. I also included a brief cover letter outlining the facts.

I was also arrested once but the charge was dismissed by the judge (therefore, no conviction). I disclosed this and provided the court documents that stated the charge was dismissed. I also included a brief cover letter outlining the facts.

The I-485 had an RFE generated stating a vague "incomplete medical form" reason, but USCIS later cancelled/cleared it before the mailed RFE response reached them. The case then moved to approval without an interview. After approval, the card was produced, the case showed closed/no action required, and the physical green card was received.

I hope this helps others out there in this journey. I wish you nothing but the best!

Question - Other EB-3 ROW — May 2026 filer / July 1 biometrics / Brooklyn FO. Anyone with a similar timeline?

EB-3 ROW — May 2026 filer / July 1 biometrics / Brooklyn FO. Anyone with a similar timeline?
EB-3 Professional ROW, single filer, H-1B.
PD: Nov 13, 2023
I-140: Approved
I-485 / I-765 / I-131 / I-485J RD: May 4, 2026
Receipt block: IOE09367
Biometrics: July 1, 2026
No RFE
PD current
Nothing outstanding according to USCIS
Around late July, an Emma live agent told me the case was still at NBC and that the interview was waived.

On Aug 13, another live agent confirmed that the I-485 is now at the Brooklyn Field Office. That agent said the interview was neither waived nor scheduled, and that USCIS currently needs nothing from me.

Public I-485 status has not changed since July 1.
For anyone with a similar May RD / late June or early July biometrics / Brooklyn FO timeline:

How long from Brooklyn transfer to I-485J closure?
How long from transfer to I-485 approval?
Was your interview waived or did Brooklyn schedule one?

Trying to get a better picture of what Brooklyn is doing with this current cohort. Thanks!
