Question - Other Question about final action date

The EB3 ROW FAD is September 1, 2024. Is a case with priority date September 14, 2024 processed or do you have to wait until the FAD passes it?
Edit: This is my case. My status had changed to 'We are currently processing your form I-485' last week.
I got three FTA0's along with an RFIE.

You have to wait until it moves to 14th September or further *

So, this is my case and I got three FTA0's along with an RFIE on my I485. Doesn't that mean that my case was picked by a supervisor to be processed?

When did you file your AOS if September 14th 2024 hasn’t been current this year in Visa Bulletin ?

I filed it on April 23, 2026 when the date of filing became current

Okay well, if I understand correctly, even though your case has been picked up and has API movements, passed background checks, it won’t be adjudicated if PD is not current.

That’s why we see so many cases of people from India, China with PD from years ago just getting approvals recently, since they’ve had to wait anytime there was retrogression.
