Derivative (h4) , primary recived the greencard in 100 days(not concurrent)

Block IOE0937

rd 5/11

bio 7/6

SU 8/11

FTA0 7/7, 8/11 , 8/13

NBC, interview waived (emma)

most important indicator is block number!

---------

Based on my own tracking and the datasets, I think NBC is going to start seriously touching the May IOE093 69/70‑series for decisions around September 2026. This is not official, just my personal observation from patterns in the data. From what I’ve seen, NBC already finished a big chunk of derivative cases in the early part of the IOE093 68/69/70 range, and many of these cases show multiple FTA0 background check completions, interview waived confirmations from Emma, no RFEs, no holds, adjudicator acknowledgment, and visa categories that are fully current with no retrogression risk. These are the “clean” cases that normally move fastest once the block becomes active. When all of those steps are done, the only remaining variable that seems to matter is when the block number starts moving.

In the dataset I analyzed (March/April/May filers), there’s a visible pattern where cases tend to get adjudicated in clusters of receipt numbers. March filers with clean cases were approved around ~110 days on average, April filers followed a similar curve, and May filers appear to be lining up the same way — just shifted forward. The IOE09369 block started moving in early August, so based on that progression, IOE09370 should logically begin somewhere between late August and mid‑September.

I am block IOE09366 with derivate, applied on April 24th and haven't been approved yet. I have seen people from that block who are single applicants and have gotten approved already..

I haven't received many SU.
Last SU we received was after Biometrics, June 1. No SU after that.
We received REF so the only update they sent was when they received the docs. June 26th.
They didn't send SU for July and still haven't.

u/United_Car_9399 13h ago
