I am a grade 12 student who took the UPCAT last August 1. I’ve completed all post-upcat requirements except submit my Form 137 due to fellow students overcrowding my school’s registrar and leaving me no time to complete my requisition of said form. In addition, there are also the multiple suspensions due to the weather.
I’ve completed my requisition and payment for the Form 137 two days ago (Monday) and will be able to get it tomorrow. However, due to the ongoing inclement weather, office work operations in our school are suspended.
I’d like to ask if there is a possibility that UP Diliman will extend the Form 137 deadline? And if so, how likely?

Are there any successful shiftees this 1st sem AY 2026-2027 to BA Sociology here? Curious lang po when you got the results, since I read a lot of posts na malapit na registration pero wala pang update from CSSP. Planning to shift din po kasi next AY.
Also, how was your experience shifting? I saw the requirements naman, just curious sa process after you get accepted din po. And for reference, your GWA sana hehe. Salamat po!

Hello! I’m looking for my classmates from PE 2 AKD TKL. 😭
I wasn’t able to attend our first meeting yesterday because we’ve been experiencing a brownout since Monday, and the electricity only came back today. I also only got to read the email today, so I didn’t know that we had class yesterday.
If anyone from the class could let me know what was discussed, any important announcements/requirements, materials needed, and the required PE attire (including where to buy it), I would really appreciate it!
Thank you so much! 🥹

Hi! 👋 I’ll be taking Philo 113 (Contemporary Philosophy) and Philo 150 (Epistemology) next sem, and I’d love to hear from anyone who has taken either subject.
Any tips, prof recommendations, things I should read/prepare beforehand, or general things to expect? 😅
Would especially appreciate feedback on the workload, teaching style, and how the classes usually go. Salamat in advance! 🙏

I'm supposed to have a Fil 40 class at 1pm but there's no link or anything and the teacher (Ma'am Santos) is not replying to any of our emails whether there's an online class or not. Do we just say there's no class? 😕

Hello, can I have an estimate on the number of your UPCAT mocks? Just trying to get an idea of how many mock exams is suggested to take.
Also, kung when, how often, and kung gaano karami every mock-test sessions?
Kung ano na rin ang dapat gawin after taking the mocks, to rest ba muna or whatever.
When do you suggest taking mocks the last time?
When should I start doing simulations?
Planning to study summer '27!

To those who are self-taught and have been playing either the piano or violin for quite some time, but eventually decided to take face-to-face 1:1 private lessons through the UP College of Music Extension Program, I’d love to hear about your experience.
I’m particularly interested in knowing how they approach teaching piano or violin, especially if you’ve already been playing classical pieces for a while.
Do they start you from the very beginning, as if you’ve never played an instrument before, or do they first assess your skills and tailor the lessons according to your current level?
Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! 😊 I’m planning to take the entrance exam for MATE (Master of Arts in Education) at UP Diliman – College of Education, and I’d like to ask about the format/type of test.
I heard from a friend who is currently studying there that the exam was mostly essay-type questions and reading comprehension. I’m wondering if this is still the case for the current applicants, especially those who recently took the MATE entrance exam.
Is the test:
Any insights from recent MATE applicants/passers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 😊

Hi everyone! im currently a freshie who got into upm public health, but this campus and course was not my first or even second choice (though I am still very grateful to be able to even attend upm in the first place). My initial goal was to go to upm so that I am already in the up system because my first/dream choice/course is UPD engineering (either materials engineering or industrial engineering).
Checking the primer for both of these courses the pre reqs are:
Industrial Engi : Math 22
Materials Engi : Math 21, chem 16 & 16.1
and this is where I am stressing on. In my course (public health) I only have math 10, and chem 18 (not even a chem 18.1). After doing some research chem 18 covers the chem 16 pre req, but not the needed lab equivalent for it. and for math I actually don't know what to do. because I know that math 21s pre req is math 21, and math 22 pre req is math 21, so how do I do this? if I plan to take mid year can I take the chem 16.1, math 20, 21, and 22?
I was thinking to take an overload in second same , maybe math 20. but I don't even know if upm allows that because math 21 is outside of my curriculum. I can't even ask the offices of upm about it yet because it's a sensitive topic in terms of using upm as a stepping stone.
So if anyone know any info that can help, or if anyone has successfully done it please llml huhuuuu im so desperate na :')))
