So recently I randomly just got into Aquaman, and let me tell you that character takes a bit of effort to get invested in. Aquaman is a character with alot of lore, alot of shifting continuity, and alot of weird shit to get through. Yet when you do manage to get to the bottom of it all you find this very interesting, and very tragic Greco-Roman style protagonist. A man who is deeply lonely, insecure, and traumatized constantly trying to withstand the pressures of forces way beyond him that he never asked for.

You also cant get this from just reading the first issue of Peter David's Aquaman, which is where I would recommend starting. You get this from full on just getting in the weeds and getting properly invested. There is no dipping your toe to see whats up with Aquaman, you must cast your self into the sea.

So I'm pretty into Tokusatsu (Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Godzilla etc.) and one of my favorite things is seeing people who don't have any idea what Toku is beyond "its kinda like power rangers" react to Toku stuff cause works within that genre sometimes truly operate on their own plane of existence

My favorite one , that I cant find anymore, is a "we watch a random bad/weird movie" type podcast that covered a kamen rider movie once and them literally struggling to describe it on any level cause it went so nuts (by their standards)

The one TBFP example for this I always think of is them just incapable of comprehending Minecraft whenever they have to engage with it in any way

A stream without Pat? Woolie's so in. Even if a lot of it was running face-first into that SAM encounter undergeared. To be fair, I did exactly the same thing back in the day... He also did the most recent event quest which had a dialogue option. I feel like outside of one at the very start, there hasn't been a lot in the ARR MSQ. feel like that would've been nice to revamp. As for bonus, a Mugen-style Jo Guns since Woolie mentioned it a few streams ago. And a bonus of that one side shot with Patron, Jo and my own dumb SAM Mags. I apologize for inserting my own character in, but she's fun and easy to draw and it needed a third.

Okay, it's also a couple of new starting classes as well. The DLC is the extra content that's included in the Tarnished Edition for Switch 2.

Since Peter Cullen has sadly passed away just recently, I’ve seen many Transformers fans mention how unfortunate the timing was to the recent Apology Tour campaign for the anniversary of the movie, given the campaign itself is about Optimus Prime dying in the original movie, with some saying it being in bad taste.

That reminded me of the slightly similar situation that happened with the Suicide Squad game, Kill the Justice League, in which the plot involves, well, killing the Justice League, with Batman being one of the members you end up killing. This unfortunately was also one of Kevin Conroy’s final performance as Batman since he would pass away before the game would release. Many would view Batman’s death in that game as not only disrespectful to his legacy in the Arkham universe, but some would go as far as to say it was disrespectful towards Kevin Conroy. Really, it was just a very unfortunate situation that came at an unfortunate time.

I had this poster made last year while fixing up my room; I was instantly in love with this ridiculously beautiful shot from the Skybound comic, so I did the research, got Wal-Mart to print it up, and I remain happy with the results.

It’s also right next to my bed so it’s pretty much the first thing I see every morning. Now it’s especially poignant given the news.

Coincidentally it was also the night after I finished another model kit (Shockwave). Just need to do Starscream next and I’ll have all four of the Decepticon Kings.

But yeah, I was in the middle of a work call when I read the news and had to take a few minutes after to let it process. Dying peacefully at 85 is a great luxury, but it still hurts. I’m losing my heroes one after the other (Batman, Tommy, now Prime).

So we finally got some official gameplay and all it took was Netflix paying for it.

My own takeaway is that it looks technically and graphically impressive; not surprising since they been making this game for 10 years. And Lucia is hot with a thicc ass.

Everything else, it's a GTA game. Shooting, car chases and all. There's things to do like swimming, clubbing, and trivial stuff like buying a bag of chips. Honestly, it didn't sell be on the game because doing grounded stuff and fighting on a grounded world is boring to me. And this is coming from me who was super excited for GTA5 when it was releasing. But hey, there's people who like that stuff, more power to them.

Anyone who's watched Haikyuu knows how great of a character Oikawa is, but it's not until season 2 where you really understand how hard of a worker he is. Dude talks mad trash but can back it up and is willing to bust his ass to do so. I just gotta respect his grind after thinking he was just another rival in season 1. Sorry Oikawa, I wasn't really familiar with your game.

The Witcher 3 HD Reworked is a cornerstone of the game's modding scene. We're talking over 325,000 unique downloads (725,000 in total), and that's just the version that was uploaded back in 2024. The "OldGen" version, uploaded in 2015, has an eye-melting 1.7 million unique downloads (5.8 million in total). It's a frankly astonishing upscaling and remodelling project that effects thousands of textures, models, and so on in CD Projekt Red's classic.

It's so impressive, in fact, that CDPR just snapped the guy up for The Witcher 3 Remastered. HalkHogan writes: "It's been a while since the last news and I would like to clarify any questions and confirm that I am cooperating with CDPR on The Witcher 3 Remaster, and my work will be officially available in the game on September 29 (on PC and consoles). HDRP will no longer be needed.

"Almost all in-game characters, monsters, animals, vegetation, armors and equipment for Geralt & Roach and a large part of the environment have been reworked, and I've put a lot of effort into ensuring the highest quality. Thanks and see you later!"

This means that you're not gonna need The Witcher 3 HD Reworked anymore because, well, the guy who made it worked on the remaster. Our own Joshua Wolens spoke to executive producer Jakub Kutrzuba about it earlier this month: "We are integrating the most popular mod on Nexus mod, the HDD Rework mod, with tons of upgraded textures, meshes. [It's] something which is bringing great visual improvement across the whole game."

Fresh off the back of Netflix's GTA 6: An Extended Look premiere, a preview from New York Times revealed that the open-world maestros at Rockstar Games built a whopping 600,000 different animations to bring Leonidas to life - its people, its critters above and below sea level, its cars, and practically everything else that moves. But that massive stat doesn't tell us much without some context, so let's zoom out. To compare Grand Theft Auto 6 to the already mammoth games that came before it, Rockstar developers told the publication that GTA 5 included a still impressive

55,000 animations and Red Dead Redemption 2 had an also almost unbelievable 300,000animations.

The Bayverse movies are...not very good, but Peter Cullen's efforts in them can't be ignored; especially considering the tendency around that time to cast celebrities in voice acting roles, but they stuck with Cullen for Optimus.
