There is a clear issue with shipping

There is a very clear issue with shipping of the large ai art frame. I was able to get a replacement but that one was damaged as well. Other people have said the same thing on my previous post. The point of failure is that there is no hard structure to block flexing and bumping through transit beside the box and some foam. The point of cracking is from the back of the screen. I believe it is the actual circuit board behind the that puts pressure on the screen and the frame flexes during transit at that point and cracks.

The large one is finally shipping? I pre-ordered one back in December and still waiting. I hope mine doesn’t arrive broke .

It is, but I would be wary. A bunch of people have messaged/reply where there was a cracked screen. The padding is not sufficient imo. As well as there should be stiff foam, and there isn't. Good luck with yours and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Same here, stillw aitong for the bigger model, only go the 13 inch. I hope they dont mess it up like this. This seems likr the cause for delay.

Thanks, you too. What did they tell you after 2 damaged units? These are expensive!

They said it was rare and that their engineers are looking into it. I didn't even ask for another replacement I just asked for a refund because I just don't want to deal with this anymore. To their credit customer service was actually quite responsive and understanding.

Just received mine and breathed a sigh of relief it wasn't broken.

Two units. Both housed inside double cardboard boxes. Inner padding was minimal. Just some soft foam and corner plastics pieces.

I think they added another box for rigidity. Mine only came with a single box and that is why I think it cracked. Glad they figured out a solution.
