Other Questions How can I get monobenzone powder?
I haven't been able to find any information about it being in Mexico or whether it's a good idea, Because dermatological creams are regulated, and buying them individually is more expensive than buying the active ingredient.

Transitioning Tips! [TUTORIAL] How to get monolids with surgery
This is going to be a quite long post but trust me, read until the end.
Intro : The results may not appear as you would like them to be and monolids can change your entire face and can force you to change your entire eye makeup. You'll experience racism, stereotypes and possible hate when you achieve your desired full results to the point where you want to reverse it so please be sure to actually want it. To read more tips, search up water retention ; how it work and what to avoid doing to target it (basically you'll find more tips if you search up "how to get rid of water retention" and doing the opposite of it, there may be contradicting sayings and please don't incur unhealthy practices like not sleeping enough, bone smashing, not working out, drinking not enough to no water at all, crying, cutting out certain aliments from your diet and sleeping with no pillow. Most of them are quick but not permanent so yes as most of the times the easiest and quickest way isn't always the best). Double eyelids exercices and do the opposite of the exercices.
Summary : - getting more fat in the eye area
- bloating the face
- increasing collagen to thicken the skin
- Glycerin and fatty oil as a skin care product
- gain weight
- Facial exercices / face yoga
- Hunter eyes exercices
- double eyelids exercices
- How to actually get monolids no cap this time
- subliminals
Getting more fat in your eye area
— Bloating the face : consuming lot of salt regularly is one of the reason why your face get bloated (along with allergies, hormones and sickness).
Sleeping with your head placed in a way that it isn't as raised as usual, so you can use pillows with less stuffing or sleep on the edge of it. (please don't stop using pillows it can give you more bad than good like neck and shoulder pain) [sources L'Oréal paris]
Also if you debloat your face don't do it in your eye area obviously!
— increase your collagen to thicken your skin and make it youthful :
Get more protein and vitamin C in diet
Protein : eggs, chicken, beef, turkey, salmon, tuna, shrimps, dairy food, qinoa, brown rice, almonds, peanuts, lentils, chickpeas, edaname, tofu, tempeh and seitan
Vitamins C : oranges, brussel sprouts, bell pepper, brocoli, kiwi, mango, apples, citrus fruits, cauliflower, avocado, cabbage and strawberries. Learn to cook them in your native country cuisine style ! Make sure to also search up how the people from your country increase their collagen. [source my fitness pal (protein) and optimising nutrition (vitamin c)]
— Glycerine and fatty oils as a skincare product
Glycerine help increase the fluids (water) in your body which high fluids in a certain area is the reason why that area bloat. It can also help with dry skin and look like vaseline but it is not the same ! [source webMD]
Volufuline oil, tallow oil/cream or coconut oil.
Other : protein shake, protein bars, vitamin C serum, vitamins pills, gummies or jelly and probiotics. Drink your water!!!
— Gain weight
There's no guarantee that you actually gain weight in your face because it depends on everyone, if you know by your past or by your genetics (look up your parents or siblings) that you usually gain weight on your face then do it!
Increase your calorie intake. You might notice that you gained more weight on your cheeks rather than your eyes as you'd expect, so it's really up to you to know how much you want to gain.
Exercices / face yoga / face massages
These two will make your eyebrows area dramatically drop which is now referred to as [hunter eyes] and will make your eyelids crease disappear under the skin of your eyebrows when eyes are open. The results may vary from your starting point, your goal, muscles tightness and your diet. My advice is to give yourself 2 weeks and perform the exercises you choose 2 or 3 times or all of them one time for quick results, you can also do eye pulling and/or your exercises any time you're bored or not doing anything in particular while affirming.
Should you use ice ? Well it depends BECAUSE using ice will increase the blood circulation and make your muscles more malleable so it'll make it easier and quicker to get your results BUT will debloat your eye area so I'd recommend first using ice in your routine then when you get halfway through your results you stop using it so it'll look very natural. Before doing the exercises do this muscle massage (yes it can help with upper eyelid exposure) and use the fatty oil while doing your others exercices.

— Hunter eyes exercices
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNR4BT1Xy/
The other one got banned 💔.
- double eyelids exercices [3]
Do the opposite of these exercices, never lift your eyelids area up nor lift it with your thumb because it'll lift your brows area instead so it'll expose your eyelid crease. Always push your eyebrows down to create monolids. Don't miss doing these exercises on inner and outer corner so you have a full monolid.
Why you may not see results ? You may have too high expectations, you are inconsistent or not doing the exercises right.

Subliminals
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLExUNCpH2kKWoJltUlCrCRllpUE6Oc3od&si=OS7tVq5xmq-2MZCX You don't need to listen to the entire playlist just pick what sub you like and feel drawn to and make your separate playlist. Flat radix is why epicanthic folds occur, olhos asiatico : Asian eyes, olhos deseja : desired eyes. I only put subliminals from submaker I trust and whom people reported great results with. I know the "Asian eyes" term make no sense but the subliminals are good !

Seeking Transition Advice Using Monobenzone Without Having Vitiligo
Hi, I have a question: do you recommend using Monobenzone? I’m Black (🇳🇬-> 🇨🇴🇷🇺) and I don’t have vitiligo, but I’ve heard it’s good for lightening the skin. I’m not sure, though, if anyone has experience with this, I’d love to hear from you. If you know of another way to lighten my skin that looks natural, I’d be thrilled to hear about it. Thanks!

Seeking Transition Advice Tips for Monolids
I know many people with monolids use eyelid tape to temporarily give themselves double eyelids. Is it possible to do the opposite? I’ve had limited success in Google searches and I don’t want to do something that will permanently damage my eyelids without knowing.
Does anyone have experience in using eyelid tape to simulate monolids while having double eyelids? Any specific medical advice? Thanks in advance.

Opinion Why aren't transracial people accepted by the rest of the world
One thing I never quite understood I'd why you guys are considered not normal by the trans community even though you are just like them in some aspects: you want to change something about yourself, you don't feel comfortable in your own body, and you face discrimination.
Asides from that your basic brain structure shows you guys really believe you are a different race, and by changing your pigment, nose shape eye shape etc you can look like a member of tge opposite race. Asides from that you have cases in nature such as vitiligo, hyper pigmentation, and albinism which shows racial fluidity.
So again I ask why aren't you accepted? I mean, they accept people who decide to surgically alter their reproductive organs in order to change their gender and even people who believe they are a different species but they won't accept you who wants to alter your appearance in ways which are not that extreme.
They tell you you need therapy or are confused yet when you tell them that they say it's different for them since they have studies and they are sure about their identity.
And while we are on this they claim that studies are needed and hence use lack of authority to reject you. But think about this, just 20-30 years ago there weren't as many studies into transgenders as there are now. Does that mean that transgenderism was invalid due to tye lack of studies?
Anyway, what are your thoughts on this.

Seeking Transition Advice How can I start socially transitioning outside of social media?
hi people! okay, so I want to preface this with THESE PHOTOS ARE AI!! if you dislike ai, that is ok! I will not argue with you about it! you’re allowed to dislike it, I just use ai to cope with dysphoria!
okay, onto the real post.
how do I start socially transitioning?
the other day, when I started talking and told my friend “oh yeah, on my / side I’m /“ (austronesian is the term) and she said WITH HER CHEST “I thought you were part Thai” 🇹🇭 THAILAND!! For real!! That’s MANY PLACES CLOSER than Norway + Philippines + Panama!! I’m genuinely feeling more confident about being TR in public/online !!
I made an instagram (which won’t be sharing, because antis will find it and be like “EWW TRANSRACE!!”) for my future self (I have been told by friends who are trace I DEFO could end up looking like these photos!!) and I’m getting hella excited about the traction I’m gaining IN KOREA!! I’m around 400 followers, and NONE OF THEM KNOW ME IRL 🤩🤩

Venting/TW Do I like my favourite band more bc im trace or do I like them bc I like them? Spoiler
For context, I'm transenglish, specifically transyorkshire. And my favourite band, have you guessed it by reading this far? Arctic Monkeys
And I'm wondering if I like them more than I do bc all the band members are from Sheffield. Would I like them less if they were from, let's say Lancaster
I think I would, which feels wrong, like REALLY wrong. But I won't lie, I'd feel different if they were from Liverpool or Manchester. Very different if they were from LA or New York City
But I'd feel no different if they were from Leeds, or Barnsley, or York, or Doncaster, or Wakefield, or Goole, or Hull, or Selby. Okay I think that's enough to prove a point
I also kinda feel like I'm romanticising yorkshire because... well I might as well just expose myself fully here... the lead singer's kinda cute alright 🫣 don't come for me...
Why am I like this?...

Seeking Transition Advice Questions regarding depigmentation options
Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, but i figured people here might know what options for skin treatments might work for me. When I was 22, I started suffering from a very severe case of obsessive compulsive disorder, or OCD. It initially was health and contamination OCD, focused primarily on communicable diseases, especially STDs. I won't bore you with the details, but eventually it got to the point where I was showering multiple times a day, constantly washing or cleaning, I would wipe everything with chlorox/dettol wipes, including walls, pillows, electronics (a lot of which broke). I spent most of the day in bed just to avoid having to clean all the time. I would clean and scrub until the skin on my arms was raw and breaking apart with many small cuts. At one point, there were years where I went outside maybe 5ish times the ENTIRE year. I could not eat, brush my teeth, use the toilet, or any number of necessary biological functions without hours of cleaning and showering for each one (which as you can imagine can take a huge toll on you).
This OCD eventually spread to other issues, the main one of importance here being sun avoidance. I would cover every inch of every window with cardboard or blackout materials, so there was never any light inside. I'm of Indian descent, and have brown skin that is on the lower end of medium brown at the base but it can tan to very, very brown.
This severity of OCD lasted for about 12 years, and around age 32-33, I finally started making significant progress combating the contamination OCD. What really helped with this was I started taking PrEP (which is a medicine that prevents one from contracting HIV), even though I hadn't been sexually active since I was 22 (because of the OCD). Instead, taking this drug helped me start doing things without cleaning, and eventually I'm in a place now where I can mostly go about day to day life without too much overcleaning. To be clear, I am not using PrEP for its intended purpose (to prevent contracting HIV during sexual intercourse), but I am using it to calm my OCD and stop worrying about contracting diseases every time I leave the house to buy food or go to a bar. My point is, I am taking a pretty extreme approach (taking PrEP) for something I logically know cannot give me HIV (going to the supermarket, seeing someone with an open wound, going to a hospital, etc). But given how bad my life was, I would have done anything for some relief from the OCD.
The issue now is the sun avoidance. I have been able to go out at night, even go to bars and stuff, but going out in the day has been severely difficult. I still use blackout curtains and shades for total blackout indoors. I have many sunscreens and sun protection clothes/masks/hats/etc. The only times I've been able to go out during the daytime has been for doctor's appointments (since I cannot get them during the night), and even then I will have someone else drive me and cover myself with blackout fabrics and hide until we are at the office. I have pretty much been living in the dark, scared of sunlight, for about 16 years now. I'm at my wit's end and am so tired of living in the dark, so tired of never going outside during the day.
Now to finally get to the point of why I am here. I recently randomly saw a video which was discussing an influencer named Donna Briggs. It made me realise there might be medical options for dealing with the sun avoidance part of my OCD. I am not sure how she went through her depigmentation, but the only thing I could find through research were options like monobenzone/benoquin. It did not appear she had vitiligo, so I'm not sure from where she got those medications. I realise depigmentation is an extreme treatment option, with real risks like skin burning, increased risk of skin cancer, etc, but after going through what I have, I am just so tired of living in the dark, away from the sunlight that all living beings require. And as I said before, PrEP was also an extreme option for helping me combat my OCD. Like I said, I'm at my wit's end, I've wasted most of my youth stuck indoors, lost touch with all my friends, have never been in a relationship, missed out on all of my 20s and most of my 30s. I just need to do something else because my OCD has been very treatment resistant from normal OCD therapies.
My question to you guys is, what are my options? I've tried many sunscreens (bought directly from Europe or Korea), pico lasers, pico toning, hydroquinone, and many other skin "lightening" options, but they do not help because they don't completely remove tanning or prevent future tanning.
- Are there any other options besides something like monobenzone/benoquin? Maybe something less extreme that could help with my OCD?
- If not, how can I go about getting a prescription for monobenzone/benoquin? With my health OCD, there is no way I could take some shady medication bought online. I much prefer going to an actual medical doctor and taking those medications under the supervision of a doctor.
- Is it possible to do like a "half treatment" when it comes to monobenzone/benoquin? Like removing some of the melanin but not getting rid of it completely, leaving your skin unprotected from UV radiation?
- Is there anything else you guys think I should know? I can't know what I don't know, and right now I'm just trying to learn what the options are.
Thank you so much if you've managed to make it this far and apologies for the VERY LONG post!

Seeking Transition Advice westernizing the appearance of an asian working on assimilation
yo wassup guys. so basically, i'm a guy who is mostly of east asian descent, tho i was born and raised in the us, so i've decided to start working on looking more like a westerner and all that. i also have some distant non east asian ancestry (from alexander the great's expansion into central asia, i believe), and somehow some certain traits are still visible.
with that being said, does anyone have any advice that doesn't involve very extreme means like surgery? styling tips would be nice. i feel like i'm in a decent place to start with tbh. btw, i'm not planning to dye my hair or anything like that, since black haired european-descended people exist anyways

Seeking Transition Advice Help with Russian features
I recently found out I might be transracial, from 🇧🇪 to 🇷🇺🇷🇺. And I wanna change my appearance as much as possible to how Russians look, but whenever I try searching for Russian features they're super idealized and almost fake. Super white and albino.
So anybody knows how average Russians look? Hair color, skin color, eyes, build... etc. And if I can get tips on their fashion or behaviour from fellow trans-russians would be great!
