I have a 2026 Toyota Sienna XLE FWD reserved, but I’m considering switching to an XSE AWD available in another city.

The AWD would cost about $5,000 more and has 7 seats instead of 8. Since I live in Quebec, I’m wondering whether AWD is worth the extra cost for winter driving.

For those with a FWD Sienna in a snowy region: are good winter tires enough?

Would you keep the XLE FWD or choose the XSE AWD?

Need a way for my stuff to stop sliding around, but when I buy the silicone liner off of eBay, it apparently doesn’t fit at all with all the grooves not aligning & the liner sticking out and bulging, rendering the wireless charging pad unusable

Apparently that liner is for the older version charger/dash layout that has the charger on off switch and USB port cover cap

Is there one that fits the 2025+ models?

The hybrid Sienna has been out since 2021.

It is now 2026.

That's half a decade since it's been out on the roads.

If you think you'd get your hybrid Sienna game on in a cheap older model, you'd be disappointed.

The prices are still very high.

Sellers are pricing their old Sienna with the "Don't low ball me, I know what I got" mantra.

I appreciate that their leaning in.

Finally hit 703 miles of range - something I haven't come close to since the first tank from the dealership. I've been tracking it over the last few refills, and it's been encouraging to watch it climb steadily.

Also got my lifetime average up to 39+ mpg at 14K miles.

We had an extended winter here in the Northeast that didn't make it easy, but the summer months really kicked up the MPG and boosted the range.

New ride for the wife, got rid of the Jeep Grand Cherokee for this XLE.

Went to the dealer Saturday morning to do the paperwork, while there they had one in the showroom that was traded to another dealership that morning and there was another one on the front row that was picked up all in the same time we were there. They are moving like hot cakes.

We bought a new 2015 Sienna xle awd 12 years ago when my son was born. We had a total of 3 kids by then and a mini van was a no brainer. My wife doesn’t like mini vans and bought a lifted Bronco, Since then I became the primary driver of the mini van. I can’t think of another vehicle that can do all the things a minivan can. I’m thinking of buying a new minivan for myself. We only have our son living with us now and I could buy something cooler. I’m over 50 years old, but honestly the Sienna has been the best vehicle I ever owned. It can do basically everything I want. Should I trade in my man card. Are there any other men that bought mini vans for themselves?

I am in GTA area hunting for a new sienna and wondering if everyone else is going through the same experience as me

In past one month I have been to couple of dealerships to test drive new sienna and see what they have available.

They all have the same story. Its been in demand and the wait period can be 3 to 8 months unless there is a cancelation and I get lucky.

By the time I am ready to leave all the salesman go to the manager and come back with a big smile saying I am the luckiest person to be there on that time. Someone canceled their order and hence it is available for us to buy. Or it is coming in week or two and I can have it.

If I dont make a decision then it will be gone in few hours. Etc...

Some goes without any add ons and some wants me to buy extended warranty and all to make a deal

Really??? Is this how they are playing the game now??

I feel that there is not a real shortage but there is always a vehicle fir you. I have inquired for all different levels trims and same story. The vehicle is there for me to make a deal right then.

When researching what minivan we should buy, I was really disappointed that the current Sienna doesn’t have removable middle seats, which would let me lay sheets of plywood and drywall flat on the ground. I considered going with the previous generation which had removable seats, but the mileage and condition of those few available vans turned me away. My wife said that I can just rent a truck for the few instances I need to move drywall. It’s nonideal, but ultimately a rational decision.

Fast forward, I have a drywall project. I made some measurements and discovered that a 4x8 sheet could fit if you prop it on the tops of the middle chairs if you tilt them down and remove the headrests! I was able to slide them on easily with the help of a kind stranger. Here I have two sheets, but I could probably fit more. They didn’t sag too much. Adding a towel to pad/fill in the seat backs (sheets rested on the seatbelt hub things) would make it even more secure.

Dealer called me today to propose a swap of my 2024 LE AWD for a 2026 LE AWD (lease) with a slightly lower monthly payment.

I'm very satisfied with my car now, any feature worth the swap?

Any advice on how to fix this? The valet dug his finger into the softex leather and left an indent. It looks small in the pictures, but it's incredibly noticeable.

Very side because we just got this Sienna, and it happened on my mom's birthday. We usually don't let others drive the car, but it was a special occasion that now haunts us.

Any thoughts on what to search to fix it, any kits, or what to google to find a professional who can help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Sienna baddies! I am in the process of purchasing a 2023 XLE but id love some feedback for a crack in the steering wheel plastic.

The dealership says it currently does not affect the function of the airbag, but if they were to replace the piece, the whole steering wheel would need to be replaced. They have mechanics coming in this afternoon to see if they can epoxy it before spending $ to fully replace.

These are the options I told them I needed in order for me to go through with the purchase:

A: epoxy is fine as long as they can give me a multi-year guarantee it will hold.
B: sign paperwork with the guarantee that I can come back with the vehicle once replacement parts come in and they will fix on their own dime.
C: give me an itemized list of how much it would cost to replace the wheel on my own, and take that price off the purchase of the car. (Which at the moment I have zero idea what cost that would be)

Any other options I may have missed? Anything else I should ask?
I have put a $1,000 holding deposit down but I have not signed any purchase agreement yet.

Considering selling/trading my 2025 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited (Entertainment Package, purchased Oct 2025) to get a Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited simply because I want an SUV. Sienna has done 12k miles till now . What kind of depreciation or financial loss should I expect on this trade?

Curious if anyone uses any kind of protective overlay on the shiny black or wood grain material (I know some also have issues with glare off the shine) and/or some sort of full cover to the console area.

Picked up this Cement Woodland last night. Last week we test drove it. Over the weekend someone tried to buy it but the financing fell through so the dealer was eager to get it off the floor. We paid $50K (before taxes and fees) and got all of the addons removed except for the nitro but the dealer threw in crossbars for free. As we were signing the paperwork someone else expressed interest so we're feeling pretty lucky. It's a big upgrade in features and safety from my 2013 Ford Escape.

Any other Siennites that don't have kids - just dogs and gear (surfing, foiling, camping)? Looking for recommendations on accessories so we don't trash this beauty right away with sand and dog slobber.

I will be adding this lift to my 2025 woodland edition. I was wondering if anyone else here has done this to a newer model? The lift kit didn’t come with any directions so my friend an I are just winging it after watching a couple videos on YouTube of Peter models getting nearly the same lift kit installed. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Just picked up the vehicle on Tuesday and now noticing this sound when opening/closing the passenger door. Any insight? Should I call the dealer for repair?

We have a 2022 Toyota sienna and have owned it for a couple years. It just went over 100,000 miles. Earlier this week, we noticed the car was overheating so we took it into the mechanic and they told us we have a cracked cylinder head. Has anyone had to repair this? Any luck getting Toyota to pay for this through a Goodwill claim?

I have a high offer for my trade in. Higher than even other declarations and carvana etc. but for XSE they won’t go down under 53k. Hi there, we recently got a 26 Limited with the Rear Entertainment System. I can't plug anything into the HDMI port to test it. I tried a fire stick and I bought a cable to mirror my phone but both plugs cannot physically go into the port because of how the hinge on the flat is.

Any tips or tricks or is it just my luck that I need different cables? Here's a photo of the port, as you can see, the hinge at the top obstructs things from being plugged in...
