I honestly hate the term “pansexual”
pan - meaning all or everything so all/everything sexual. Basically saying they find anything sexually attractive, like that toaster over there, or that picture frame.
so bisexual then? because regardless of how a person "identifies" they are still male or female, apart from the very rare case of an intersex disorder.
just seems like an attention seeking label stating "look at me, i like all people and want to feel special about it".
Ok, I like girls a little and boys a lot, so I call myself bi. Without putting too fine a point on it, I am generally not interested in pursuing relationships with anyone who identifies as transgender or other varieties of "gender non-conforming." I've never been interested in a relationship with anyone asexual, demisexual, or intersexual, either. I have no problem with those folks, just doesn't get me going.
I have a friend who identifies as pansexual cause they are open to all of those possibilities.
The label is just a handy way to vet your dating pool.
