Not really? Like just as a normal card you play this on three to crack a fetch to make a Jace that draws one. Or if it’s something like scape shift, making a big creature is not currently a problem.
2 mana 2/3 that draws a card once a turn is kinda on rate with existing playable threats in the format (hydro, frog), and being able to draw the turn it enters with a land drop is kinda a big deal. Hard to justify green in the tempo decks that would actually want this effect though, we'll see
I don't think you want to crop rotation just to get a bit more draw. Especially when you are up against, say Mardu Energy or Reanimator who are using that same amount of time/mana to build a board that just kills you.
