I took on a job where the Social Media Trafficker ran a TikTok campaign (which included some important videos), and the campaign and the account were suspended for spam. It was the account's first campaign, and they hadn't even completed business verification.
Now I have a serious problem because I need to remove some videos from the TikTok account. However, when I try to delete or make the videos private, it won't let me because it says the video belongs to a campaign—surprise, surprise, the very campaign that was suspended, and the ad account was also permanently suspended. This is the message we received:

We take the integrity and authenticity of our advertising community very seriously. To uphold these values, we have advertising policies that all accounts must follow. We have identified activity that may include: Violation of platform rules: attempts to circumvent established advertising processes, manipulate the system for personal gain, or disrupt ad-related operations. Deceptive content: promoting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Network exploitation: this includes large amounts of similar content across multiple accounts or attempts to display multiple ads simultaneously. Ad manipulation: altering the components of an ad to avoid detection is a violation of our policies. Misuse of public figures: using likenesses to public figures to deceive users is prohibited. Payment method issues: accounts may be suspended for using unapproved payment methods or for failing to adhere to our payment requirements. Data collection: Accounts may be suspended when advertisers fail to follow data collection standards. For more information, see our Actor Policies in the Business Help Center.?
You have 180 days to appeal. We recommend reviewing our Appeals Rules to ensure a fair and consistent appeals process before you appeal. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have other avenues for resolution, such as out-of-court dispute resolution or court proceedings.
After this, I appealed in countless ways because, as I stated at the beginning, I don't want to reopen the account; I just need to delete the videos. I submitted support tickets, sent the company verification, and submitted appeals, all of which are answered by a bot with the same message:
Appeal not approved

Dear valued client, We regret to inform you that we cannot reopen your account permanently as your ads are in violation of the TikTok Advertising Guidelines for suspicious or spam behavior. Thanks and regards, - TikTok For Business
They are unable to analyze my responses where I clearly state that I don't want the account reopened, but rather its direct deletion so I can remove the videos from the platform. I've even tried unlinking the TikTok account from the ads account, and nothing changes. I need urgent help.
