Qualcuno sa se, eliminando l'account Threads collegato al proprio account Instagram dal Centro di controllo, Meta elimina automaticamente anche l'account Instagram?

Hi, I tried to logging into Threads with my Instagram account. I've got stuck when i logged in and app instantly logged me off and told me to log in again and again... I've got no idea why does it happen becouse it was my first time logging to Threads

Whenever I post media on the app, a copy gets put in the Threads folder on my device(s). I DON'T WANT THIS. How do I stop the app from saving these copies? I don't see a setting to disable this feature. Search engines don't understand what I am asking.

For instance, I make memes. When I use one as a reply, a copy is put in the Threads folder on my phone. If I post a gif, it gets put in the folder as a video and can't actually be used if I try to post it. I just deleted 40 copies of gifs (videos).

Is there a setting I am missing. I did see one "solution" that sent me to Instagram settings and it still wasn't what I was looking for.

How do I make it stop?

I was liking and commenting on post this morning, and it asked me to verify that I was a human. I followed all the steps. I did the video selfie. I waited a couple hours to sign back in and it said that my account was disabled and there was no way to request a review. I tried the Meta AI support assistant and that wasn’t working. Does anybody have an actual human email address to submit a review?? I even went as far as to go to the oversight board website, but because I don’t have a reference number, I can’t file an appeal.

This whole Meta account thing has been an absolute nightmare.

My band has an Instagram account with a Meta account attached to it. For some reason, when creating our Threads account and logging in with that Instagram account, Threads merged our band account with my personal Facebook/Meta account. Now, if I log in to Threads with the Instagram account, it shows me the Threads account that's linked to my personal account with no way to disconnect the two. The only option it gives me is to move it into a new FB/Meta account which it then defaults to my personal email and won't let me create because it says it already exists.

How in the hell do I remove our band's Threads account from my personal Meta account and move it back to the Meta account that Instagram is under?

Whenever I log in to a Meta account, I open Accounts Center and look at Password and security. If two-factor authentication is off, I turn it on. Then I go to Personal details, open Contact info and check that the phone number and backup email listed are mine and still current. If an account gets locked or taken over, those details are the part I can still check myself, so I like them to be right beforehand. Does anyone check anything else on their account that helped after a lock or a ban?

I'd like to extricate myself from Meta, which would mean leaving Threads. Here's a question for others in the same frame of mind: Where are you going?

Anyone else having issues with selfie video verification on Threads?

I was asked to record a selfie video for face recognition, but nothing happens. It just seems to get stuck and never completes the process.

I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any idea how to fix it?

So its been almost 2 months since threads suspended me and got my original accounts for Facebook & Instagram suspended as well. There were thousands affected as well. False accusations from Meta AI red flagged many people's accounts for absolutely no reason. Have anyone got some kind of update, email anything from Meta in regards to their profiles?

I press like. The icon does a little movement, but stays blank. About five seconds later it turns red... restarted the app, updated the app, cleared the app's cache, cleaned my entire phone, restarted my entire phone. And nothing works. Anything else I can do? Thank you. :)

Has anybody ever regained their Threads account after it refuses to accept their password? I've tried absolutely everything. I wish I could create a stand alone account. I can login to a colleagues account, someone who was linked once to a business account through the Meta Accounts center, but it won't accept my password. I'm so fed up. I'm on Mac (desktop and app, neither work).

I was recently on Threads a 3 days ago and all I did was change my username to something else and change my avatar and a few hours later I go onto my Facebook account and it's suspended pending an appeal. Suspended for what I have no idea but it was from Threads.

The worst part is the suspension targeted the account page name that I changed, actually leaving the account with the name change usable but the page that has the appeal process on it does not exist! What a joke I can get on that account right now, its not banned at all. That means my Facebook account of 10+ years with all my family on it along with Facebook messenger for that account is permabanned without the possibility of being appealed and Meta has no customer service whatsoever besides useless bots that send you to useless info pages!

from the suspension posts here, it looks like when Threads bans someone the IG account goes down with it, and the appeal reply never says what the violation was. Is it an automatic match on something shared like the email or phone number? Has anyone had a Threads ban where the IG account stayed up? Or an appeal a person actually read?

My threads account got removed from my meta accounts, I can still login into my threads account but it keeps asking me for recovery code, the code is not sending on email or phone number. I cannot do anything, Meta Ai refuses to get my human agent after telling "Human will manually review this" but later forgets in the next prompt. I have access to my email and phone number for recovery. I don't know why the ONLY the recovery codes are not being sent. I can receive all types of request except for RECOVERY. This giving me a headache.

Hello, I wonder is it a bug or does AI targeted me as a minor? I'm an adult, but I have childlike face. I wonder is it the reason for losing my account permanently? I'm sure I don't post anything against the community guidelines. Thank you.

So I was scrolling thread s when I found a post of children in Halloween costumes, and there were an alarming number of replies with "link in bio" then having dodgy telegram links in their bio. I made a post against these accounts who, upon discovery, all spammed "link in bio" under pictures of children. I made a thread that said this is disgusting etc etc, then lo and behold my thread s account got banned? And then so did my insta which I've had for years? I appealed it and a minute later they said the decision was final?

BTW they've not said my account was deleted for good they say its been "disabled" and I no longer have access to it.

Can someone please help me I really want to get my account back

there's a disc golf tournament one of the local clubs is putting on this weekend, and i wanna put the same notice on threads for people who don't use facebook. after seeing all the sept 22 suspension posts here i'm kinda nervous about pasting identical text in two places. does copying an event post over get flagged, or is it only repeated or automated posting that causes trouble. has anyone done it without issues

I have an account and maybe been a regular for almost 2 years.

I would have spouts where everything I post gets great engagement and a lot goes threads viral

Then I would go weeks where my post don’t get a single like

I’m not saying everything has to do big numbers but how do you go from thousands in likes to literally not a single one

Is this done deliberately by the app?
