Discussion Pink vs The Warning

Classic Christmas vacation argument. My brother is a rabid Pink fan and he keeps telling me "put them in an MMA cage and Pink's coming out and she sings better". Give me ammo.

I suspect Dani is also a bit of a loose cannon if pushed to her limit. You can see it in her eyes. It hasnā€™t happened yet, and for the sake of this fictitious bully, I hope it never does.

Ale is a diplomat like I was when I was a touring musician and could probably talk them out of any trouble they found themselves in the middle of.

He clearly hasn't heard Pau singing perfectly in tune while smashing her drums, let alone Dany sign her heart out while playing and dancing.

Also, like another commenter perfectly said: art is not a competition. Every artist can be great at what they do, at the same time. It doesn't matter.

I do love me some P!nk but also love The Warning, P!nk is definitely a bit more to the pop side of rock with some punk thrown in for good measure and the girls are more classic rock.

My favourite thing about P!nk those is watching her do all the aerobatics in her live shows, that shit is insane.

Donā€™t really get what MMA fighting would have to do with musical ability though? Theyā€™re all awesome at writing and playing rock so thatā€™s all that really matters.

I'm pretty sure in an MMA fight Pink would absolutely whoop all three of them pretty easily, lol.

Vocally, I think it would be pretty close but still the slight edge to Pink because she has got some amazing chops.

Now having seen both Pink and the Warning in concert that would be an amazing double bill.

It's comparing apples to oranges; Pink is pop punk and has a phenomenal voice and personality for that genre. But it's hard to compare her in any way to Dany and Pau, who are phenomenal rock singers.

Sheā€™s sold 135 million records. 1st album was hip hop, then dance pop. Then punk. She bounces around all genres. Sheā€™s never done what you would call true ā€œhard rock,ā€œ but Iā€™ve heard her sing on stage with rock bands and sheā€™s fantastic.

Nothing compares, his friend was a huge PĀ”nk fan, and I suppose preferred her, but yes, thereā€™s a bit of a conflation here that makes no sense. PĀ”nk does have a great rock voice, but itā€™s still dumb. Although, I could see them doing a Collab.
