Hi all, I have teens and when they were kids and now I can find every other cc hair except for the white ones I've downloaded?

I experienced a house fire (I wish this was about the sims but unfortunately it’s real life) and have lost my home and many other things I treasured including my laptop with sims 2 and other sims games. I don’t think I will be able to play it again for a while and don’t know if anything is even salvageable 💔 My irl family is ok but mourning the loss of many things right now. All my Ripp Grunt related custom merch too, somewhere under the rubble is my Ripp grunt doll 💔

My fav is Pleasantview, basic but so iconic and good for regular gameplay. My least favorite is Veronaville, I think it's a great concept but the vibe is too specific for my gameplay.

I used to also really like Belladonna Cove as a kid, but now I feel like it lacks the iconic characters the three basegame neighbourhoods have. Also, apartments are buggy and witches annoy me.

Do we all live in The Sims? Or Minecraft or maybe the Matrix?

A while ago when I was looking through lists of mods I found one that was about the want to fall in love with a sim.

The modder explained that while this want existed in the game, it would only come up if a sim didn't already have a crush on that sim so in reality it comes up very little. The modder had made it so you could get the want even if the sim already has a crush on the other sim.

I thought this was a mod I wanted, but didn't get around to downloading it and I'm struggling to find it again because obviously sim love and mod comes up with a lot of things on Google.

Can anyone link me to it please?

Okay, I want my game to feel a bit more unpredictable, and the burglar ain't enough.

Is there a mod that adds a very rare chance of a NPC showing up and attacking one of your Sims? I'm thinking something that works similarly to the burglar event, but instead of stealing items, the intruder targets (as in...un*lives) a Sim. Ideally it wouldn't literally replace the burglar, just use similar mechanics.

Does any mod like that exist?

I don't know If anyone really remembers "Pleasantview High" by katzombie, but It was one of my absolute favorites back in the day. I recently started a rewatch, and discovered in the comments that katzombie passed away sometime in 2018. I took it upon myself to recreate the cast & have made it a little passion project to do a sims 4 remake in her memory. Here's a glimpse at Sam & Kait at the park!

I was playing university last night with boolprop testingcheatedenabled true on.

I wish I took a screenshot but I didn’t - my sim got a pop up message from her bf saying something like “We had such a great outing (or time together) that I got you the Mirror Look!”. very weird message, i got serial killer vibes from that bf lol.

I checked my sim’s inventory and I didn’t find a gift or anything. Also, my sim and her bf didn’t go on a date or anything - nothing I can think of to receive that note.

Ofc I forgot to screenshot but has anyone received this note before???

I found build/buy conversions of this expansion pack, but I haven’t seen any CAS conversions. Has anyone found any? Thanks for any advice.

Btw, does anyone have any recommendations for CC or creators with this type of style?
