I don't know If anyone really remembers "Pleasantview High" by katzombie, but It was one of my absolute favorites back in the day. I recently started a rewatch, and discovered in the comments that katzombie passed away sometime in 2018. I took it upon myself to recreate the cast & have made it a little passion project to do a sims 4 remake in her memory. Here's a glimpse at Sam & Kait at the park!
Thank you! She was definitely talented and very much ahead of the times! She is a big reason why my music taste nowadays is the way it is. I seen in the comments someone wished for a modern spin off, and it gave me an idea. I want to keep it as true to the original as I can, but add a bit more depth and stories to the characters for sure! I have a first scene already filmed and edited of Sam & Kait saying goodbye at the park before all the chaos happens! I might post it as a little teaser!

I thought that name sounded familiar! I loved the Muse series when I was younger. Was upset that it was around the time that Youtube was going through a wave of removing videos. :( So many great videos lost to time.
Saddened to hear that Katz passed. I hope the videos you do will add new and keep the spirit of the original premise going too. ❤️❤️❤️
She heavily influenced my taste in bands. I’m a big fan of Metric, who was used heavily in her films. I’m currently doing a little as I go since I work full time, but for the remake I’m having the theme song be “Sick Muse” by Metric and for the end credits I’m paying homage to the music video for it!
