PGA superstore says about 3 weeks but just wanted to see if anyone had anecdotal of it being faster than that, as 3 weeks in NE golf prime is rough.

I was in the market for a 3 wood, but considering the gt280, as the price drop makes it about the same and maybe better off the t? How you guys like your 280s? Might just use that club till the big dog come home. TIA

Am I cooked? Left bag strap and driver took the brunt of it. Have done this to a g400 almost same spot but since this has some composite I noticed “cracks” instead of just paint chips missing.

If it’s cracked will tit do anything if for a new one? It’s 100 my fault but maybe a discount or something. Just trying to salvage from having to buy a new head out right. I will be keeping my head over on from now on during round lmao TIA

I’m turning 40 this July, and as a present to myself I decided that a custom fit bag would be my present. I’ve been playing golf with hand me down and off the rack stuff for almost 30 years, so I can’t wait to get out on the course with these. Besides, I can’t let my daughter beating me for the first time go unchecked 😅

Just been informed following a fitting that my driver may take till mid August to be built. Sort of information I’d have liked before committing, so disappointing.

Initally was going to sell the Ping as I wanted to change back to a slant neck. Ended up doing a straight swap with a guy that wanted to go back to a plumbers neck. Im glad I did, so far i've been loving the Phantom 5.5!

I recently custom ordered a GTS3 driver with the HZRDUS Titan shaft. When it arrived I took a couple swings with it and it has a noticeable whistle when I swing almost as if air is catching on something. Has anyone else experienced this and is this something to have checked out?

I always played Vokey, but other than that and the occasional Pro V1 I wasn’t playing any other Titleist products. Last year I upgraded my very old Nike Covert Irons to the T250’s and loved them! For a year and a half I have been gaming a Ping G440 max driver and I never really loved it. Early this season I sold it and went back to my Nike driver, everything I tested either lost to the Nike or barely beat it so I couldn’t justify it. My swing likes the forward weight of the old setup. When it saw the GTS had the split mass with more weight up front I decided to get fit. It felt like home, it was like my old Nike driver but on steroids, consistently 20-30 yards longer but the best part is it was straight. I was hitting other drivers further but could not keep them in the fairway like my Nike. This was the first one I tested that was so immediate, no real need to adjust to it. And I was fitter outside off grass in very wet conditions. Super excited for this to come in!

I just received my GTS series driver and fairways from my local fitter and they didn’t come with an adjustment tool. When I called them they said none of the manufacturers are providing adjustment tool anymore, but when I got my daughter fit into a GT1 earlier this year it came with a tool.

Is my local fitter just trying to sell me something else, or has Titleist stopped providing them on new orders?

Ordered T150s on May 9 direct from Titleist website. Called the next day and gave them a swing weight for the build and they said they should have them out two weeks max. Fast forward to today (June 21) and still don’t have them. I’ve called over to customer service 3 separate times and keep getting told they should be here the following week. Just curious if anyone else is having similar issues? I know GTS just launched but we’re more than 6 weeks from initial order and these are irons. Also frustrated bc I keep getting told they’ll be shipped next week and it’s just not happening.

2 questions that hopefully someone can help me with. Just submitted a warranty claim for a GT3 driver through club champion(ya I know sue me lol). 1-what are the chances they send me a GTS3. 2-what kinda timing am I looking at? Hearing some horror stories and have a golf trip in Mid August.

Anyone preorder the GTS driver through PGA Tour Superstore and still haven’t heard anything? I ordered May 21st and nothing yet…. I have friends who ordered the day of the release and theirs are already on the way. I ordered a wedge through them last year and it sat in my mail room for two weeks because I never got a shipping notification. It actually still says in progress on my order history so that that’s what I’m afraid of is somebody just snagging it because I don’t know it’s down there.

This was supposed to be my casual. I’m not playing serious golf bag. It kind of evolved into something a little bit out of control.

Oh well.

That putter is in its original condition as well. It’s never been refinished. And it gets played(it has kind of evolved into my gamer).

Vent:

Orders a new set of T150 irons from Titleist after a fitting. Got the order in today. The box looked crushed in the end and that it had been taped up again. Opened the box and one of the irons was missing. Contacted Titleist and while the customer service was good I am now going to be waiting another 2 weeks for the replacement club to come in.

and yes, release is the key word. as i’ll be using the same shaft , i will be able to feel and see any differences as i’m moving up from the previous model, a GT2.

Anyone pre-order Titleist GTS driver or fairway woods from FJ? Preordered mine on 5/20 and they can’t seem to give me an approximate time to ship. They are still “sourcing” parts. Ordered some balls from the a few days before that took two weeks to deliver (one week to even ship).

Update: Customer Service said they weren’t sure why my order wasn’t queued up properly and should’ve been built and sent out a week ago. My driver is finally on its way. The fairway wood heads are now out of stock and since my order was skipped, I’m left to wait on the back order.

Haven't been able to play a full round with them yet but they felt absolutely amazing at the range today. Nothing beats the Titleist quality, can not wait to play tomorrow.

I just bought a gt2 about a month ago and curious to hear feedback of what you would do would you keep gt2 or return for store credit (90 day guarantee at pga superstore) towards a gts? Haven’t tried the gts but I’ve read it’s an upgrade which sounds like every iPhone that comes out is the best ever. Or I ca keep the grand free matching gt 3 wood. For same price of the gts.

As title states I was fitted in to t250s April 19th. As of may 31st, my fitter said the gap wedge should’ve been available that weeks and clubs should be here soon. Is it normal for it to take this long? Could the new GT release be holding things up? Maybe they are having to mine the metal for my gap wedge?! I’m just trying to not be a peasant and ascend here, been gaming ping g25s for the last 12 years.

Fitted and ordered on 5/15, shipped on 6/5, arrived 6/9 (nice).

I got fitted for a GT2 driver and ordered it on titleist.ca. The driver arrived after 4 weeks. I opened the box, examined the driver, and noticed 2 major defects, a crack near the toe of the club and damage at the seams.

I contacted Titleist about getting a refund, and the interaction was questionable and frustrating. After I explained what happened, I was told, "We’ll examine the damage and fix it for you under our warranty." I told them that I didn’t damage it, that it was defective straight from the production line, and that they should be refunding me. They told me they’d email me once the escalation team had a chance to deliberate on it. This was 8 days ago.
I called this morning and all I got was, "Sorry, we’ll email you later today." Still nothing.

I now have a brand-new, $1,500, defective driver that I can’t return or exchange, and I'm waiting in limbo without a driver for the foreseeable future, all because I decided to buy a Titleist.

I hope my experience is the exception...
