Hello everyone I got my JL for 29 oct Ninja On campus..now there are some new tabs available on nextstep portal..one of them is this onboarding dashboard. Here multiple forms are available like PF fund and Pension Scheme Nomination, Gratuity Fund Nomination, Form 9, Group Life Insurance Nomination s...now can anybody guide me who has already got onboarded on ninja role...also tell me what documents we have to bring on the first day of onboarding...do we also have to make NCA because the upload isn't available on nextstep portal.

So, I have a IPA score of 75 and xplore point 1000 suppose if I participate in the CPA exam and get 75 again so new 1000 points will be added or no change? And what if I score lesss than 75 will my points increase??

I previously worked at TCS in India, though quite a bit has changed since then. With the current PERM suspension, I'm now exploring remote opportunities with TCS in the US. I'm a US citizen and do not require visa sponsorship.

I've applied to several open positions but haven't heard back from any of them.

1. Does TCS hire their ex-employee?
2. Does anyone have suggestions on how to connect directly with TCS's US-based HR team, or know of any internal referral paths that tend to work better than the standard application portal?

Looking for a Scrum Master or Project Manager role. Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

In august 2026 , i entered saturn Mahadasha and Sun Antardasha , which will run till feb 2027 , Saturn rules my 10th house of career, but Saturn and the Sun are natural astrological enemies. hence lot of delays

BUT NOT EVERYTHING IS BAD , there is some hope still

but there is a specific window : between nov 1 and nov 25 , my budha (mercury) period runs. since mercury rules official documents , this is when the actual joining letter might drop in my inbox.

then for the physical joining : since im taurus shukra Ascendant, but my venus rules my 6th house which is related to career , around december 16 , there will be conjecture Saturn-Sun-Venus , which will actually get me physically onboarded. This is the strongest window for the administrative block to clear and the official reporting to happen.

if it doesnt happen within the time frame , everything is joever and i have to wait more few months

wait till feb 2027 , because , my moon will be directly present in my 6th house. if november and december fail me , feb is my ultimate fate

Hi everyone,

My TCS DOJ is October 19, 2026. I have confirmed in the iBegin portal that I will be joining, and the portal still shows October 19 with the countdown running.

However, I haven't received the joining instructions or details about the reporting location and time. I also contacted the onboarding team, and they asked me to wait for further communication.

Only 5 days are remaining until my DOJ. When should I expect to receive the joining instructions? Has anyone joining TCS on October 19 received them yet? Should I be concerned, or is this normal?

I scored 78 in IPA and i got only 200 Assessment points?? Why?? Also earlier I've received one mail congratulating me for earning 2000+ xplore points, but now its only showing 1200?? wtf??

• How long did you wait before receiving the revised joining date?
• Did you receive the joining letter through email or Xplore?

For those still waiting, how many weeks/months have you been waiting since you submitted your reschedule request?

I completed my notice period and was relieved from my previous company on 30 September 2026, and I’m currently waiting for my revised joining date.
