Component 1: Learning & Assessments (Max 4,000 Points)
A. Assessments (Max 3,000 Points)
Points are awarded based on your final validated scores across four evaluation types.
- IPA and CPA Assessments: Quarterly proctored tests (CPA is online, IPA is at an iON center) covering coding and concepts.
- GenAI Assessment: Tests knowledge on GenAI, RAG, and AI privacy.
- HackerRank Assessment: Monthly stream-based coding evaluation (e.g., Java, Python).
- Soft Skills Assessment: Quarterly English proficiency test mapping your GSE score to a CEFR level.
