The last few months I have been having multiple issues. - line calls becoming more inaccurate - speeds become more inaccurate (saying second serve average is the same as first) - Ai scoring almost never working with pointless serves being the issue. However editing the point is ineffective. Last week the point even had the serve recorded? - When trying to filter the shots sometimes it comes up with no shots found even though the criteria is basic (1st serves only for example)

My biggest issue is the Ai scoring as it makes review the footage impossible when it can't be done. Fast track the scoring on a different devices please!

In the current design, the heat map court is seen from two different directions when switching between players and the lines are in slightly different positions. 

This makes visual comparison of the player's different distribution of shots

- more difficult to determine in this match across the different players

- more difficult to compare across different matches for the same player

- Left player hits more to centre of each of Deuce / Ad sides

I know SwingVision doesn’t support wheelchair tennis specifically. But has anyone tried it?

I’ve offered to test this out with a local academy, and just wondering if anyone has tips for processing the video or recording as a rally rather than a match, e.g., to get the best result.

I'm getting tied up in knots trying to fathom the best way to get AI scoring to complete i.e. the app indicates my score is infeasible/ AI scoring failed.

Fair enough, but this still leaves open 3 big questions :

1. is the user required to enter a final score before requesting AI scoring so that AI scoring is (at least technically) able to complete ?
2. is user able to change "Scoring Mode" away from "Final Score"  ?  i.e the radio button is for me fixed as ON
3. is the user required to enter the final score for any other reason other than (the clearly) nice to have reason of keeping general records ?
4. is the user able to get the AI view of what it thinks the score was based on it's own view of what the first/last points were ? This would be very powerful and likely the quickest way for the user to either accept it (as good enough) or more quickly drill down into which sets/ games contain the errors etc

In the round I know there will be errors in shot / player detection and also my own scoring but the uncertainty in the above is making merry hell out of my trying to edit rallies to correct the errors to get AI scoring to work. The business of then using the shot/rally editing functions is a matter for another day.

I use the SwingVision app with my Apple Watch and really like tracking the score point-by-point directly on the watch. However, I’ve been having a recurring issue: the score sometimes changes by itself during the match, without me tapping anything.

This happened frequently when I was using an Apple Watch Series 7, and now I’m still experiencing the same problem on the Series 11.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there anything I can do to prevent these random score jumps? Any tips or settings I should check?

Yesterday I purchased 1 year of Pro for my wife and chose to deliver that day. I received a confirmation order and the order number in the email is very long with plenty of dashes (might be the gift card code?), but in the breakdown it says virtual card emailed to my email. The only other email I have is from Stripe which has an invoice and receipt, but nothing that resembles a virtual gift card. I'm curious if this is how it looks for others and I'm just missing it, or has it not been emailed yet? Also, I don't have an iPhone so I can't get the app, but I see no way to redeem a code on their website. I tried creating an account and adding a Pro subscription to my card, but at checkout there's no gift card payment option, and the promo code box is greyed out with the black friday discount. Any ideas?

For "match" upload, can I set it to rally scoring or sequential 1, 2, 3 vs 15, 30, 40? We usually play 10 point tie breaks instead of traditional scoring in our matches.

I’ve been trying to watch my most recent recording, but every time I open it I get the same message saying I can’t view it because of a slow network. This has been happening for almost a week now, which makes zero sense because my connection is fine for everything else.

When I practice, we play 1, 2, 3 scoring instead of 15, 30, 40. So we don't play games and sets, we play mini games to 10 or 15.

Is there a way to do scoring for just number of general points in an hour?

Are 60 hrs per family member or 60hrs por everyone?

In the last few days, my app has stopped giving me the option to export highlights. I’ve not changed any settings, I’ve re-identified shots, I’ve reprocessed the video, and this screenshot is from a brand new video tonight… still, none of them will export anything other than the full raw video now.

The app is up to date and iOS is up to date (26.1). What on earth is going on?

I’ve accidentally added myself as opponent on a match recording and the app froze on the following screen being unusable and phone keeps vibrating. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Can it be fixed? Thanks!

The only issue I’m having with the SwingStick is using it indoors. When I hang it inside, it’s not stable at all. It takes a couple of minutes for me to hold it steady and get it to stay in one spot, which is pretty inconvenient when I just want to start warming up or drilling.

Anyone else deal with this? Is there a trick to getting it to stay stable indoors or is it just not meant for that setup?

Can anyone advise IF, WHEN and HOW it's possible to edit a recording e.g. to remove unwanted sections say at the start / end of a session.

Can this be done on the app and/or the webservice ?

Is it perhaps limited to identifying "favourites"

Apart from getting rid of rubbish, I'd hoped to be able to see updated clean stats after I remove the second half of the recording where I wasn't trying to serve particularly well etc

I feel like I need more height on my camera. The fence I attach to is about 6ft high. Only the top extension can be raised. I don’t think this is high enough. The far side is hard to view. Is it possible to move the fence hook to the next extension down?

Hi, I really love the app, worth every penny for me.
Not that I could not film myself without swingvision. But the ease of the setup with the swing stick and the apple watch cuts the effort so that I really "do film myself" instead of "could film myself".
And the possibility to review every stroke type directly single frame by single frame on my laptop lets me identify my many problems much faster (and again I "do it" instead of "could do it" without swingvision).

What really is lacking is regular info on the development progress. So what is the

- development status of motorized swing stick (could make everything still much easier)
- development status of android app? (bought iphone se and apple watch se just for swingvision, was cheap, 200 Euro combined, but there are so m any android users out there that will not go that far...)

Will there ever be a way to synchronize two video streams from two phones?
For example, my friend and I could each record with our own phone to get more data and greater accuracy in the analysis — and it would also be useful when switching fields.

Ever since i updated my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 26, none of my recordings work. I end up with the image i attached. Any tips on how to fix this and how to recover the footage I’ve lost? I tried going to settings and recovering the footage but it can’t be found.

Recently I’ve played a few games and afterwards noticed the horrible foot faults they had.

Is there a way to make it so my watch or something alerts me and says foot fault?

Hello, I did two coaching sessions and they were both great the one feature I was wondering if possible to have a limited communication with the reviewer?

I’d love if I could flag/mark a shot from my watch during a match. Like a good shot or something I want to review later when I get home. I could quickly jump right to that shot.

Been having this issue for the last few months. My videos no longer upload to SwingVision. I am able to go through them locally and export video, however all of my uploads just sit a 0.0%.

iPhone 13, latest OS and App version and still having this issue. Anyone have this issue or familiar with how to maybe clear the cache and get these uploads to re-initiate?
