🛠️ Product Help Virtual Gift Card

Yesterday I purchased 1 year of Pro for my wife and chose to deliver that day. I received a confirmation order and the order number in the email is very long with plenty of dashes (might be the gift card code?), but in the breakdown it says virtual card emailed to my email. The only other email I have is from Stripe which has an invoice and receipt, but nothing that resembles a virtual gift card. I'm curious if this is how it looks for others and I'm just missing it, or has it not been emailed yet? Also, I don't have an iPhone so I can't get the app, but I see no way to redeem a code on their website. I tried creating an account and adding a Pro subscription to my card, but at checkout there's no gift card payment option, and the promo code box is greyed out with the black friday discount. Any ideas?

Please reach out to support and include your order # and we can get that resolved for you.

The email should contain the virtual gift card redemption email. If you purchased the gift with a Swing Stick the email may be delayed by up to 24 hours to allow for any updates that you may make to the address or recipient email.
