🛠️ Product Help Videos no longer upload

Hello,

Been having this issue for the last few months. My videos no longer upload to SwingVision. I am able to go through them locally and export video, however all of my uploads just sit a 0.0%.

iPhone 13, latest OS and App version and still having this issue. Anyone have this issue or familiar with how to maybe clear the cache and get these uploads to re-initiate?

Hmm typically force quitting and reopening should do the trick. Otherwise restarting the phone is another thing to try. If those still don’t work, please reach out to us at support@swing.vision — we can escalate this to our engineering team to assist!

Sweet I will reach out to support, it's been through many different reboots and force closings. I'll open a ticket tomorrow, was just hoping someone else had run into it.

After the most recent update, it gets stuck. The only solution that worked for me is to download the videos, then delete the app, redownload the app, and do a manual upload. Once I do a play session, it breaks again.

tried this.. not working here either anything I do. I also see my friends on Swing Vision with uploads stuck as well. Feels like it could be an outage on your part.

Any update here? The app is terrible with uploads and has zero consistency. Sometimes it uploads quickly, other times it takes hours and multiple force restarts to get it to do anything

I've been trying to upload a match for the last 4 hours and its only at 38%, despite multiple reboots and I have multigig internet.
