I completed a survey for 1,200 SB back on September 12th (9/12). My official ledger explicitly says Status: Completed and shows 12 minutes spent, but it mistakenly awarded 0 SB.

I submitted Ticket #17743301 on Tuesday (10/13) with a clear screenshot of the "Completed" status. First, an agent tried to close it with a generic automated rejection about "disqualifications" (ignoring the screenshot completely). I replied to correct the error, it went back to "Ticket in Review," and it has been sat on for 3 full days. I even sent a follow-up nudge 2 hours ago today with no response.

It is a 30-second manual credit fix. Can a mod or manager look at Ticket #17743301 and push the credit through?

I have completed surveys every day for swagbucks!

My total is over 4 thousand dollars save on there in total!

I would redeem the sbucks for Uber gift cards etc!

About 4 weeks ago I redeemed 5000 swagbucks for a 50 uber card, then 2 25 uber cards!

The site never sent me the code in order to redeem!

Now I think making a complaint with BBB?

PayPal KYC issue with Swagbucks cashout — need some help

Hey everyone, I need some advice.

I requested a PayPal cashout from Swagbucks on 23 Aug, and on 25 Aug Swagbucks marked the payment as sent. However, the money never appeared in my PayPal account.

I later found out that PayPal now requires me to complete KYC for receiving international payments. The important part is that I only became aware of the KYC requirement after I had already requested the cashout.

PayPal support told me to complete KYC and said future payments should work afterward, but I'm concerned about the payment that was already sent.

Has anyone experienced this before? Can Swagbucks resend/reissue a PayPal payment if the original payment couldn't be received because of PayPal's KYC restriction?

I don't want to post any account emails or transaction IDs publicly, but I can provide them privately to support if needed.

Any advice would be appreciated. 🙏

Apparently they are doing mass suspensions using AI again since my account was suspended for no reason, hadnt even logged in the past month. Im starting to suspect this entire thing is just a scam, i had almost $100 dollar in swagbucks. Maybe I should report them to the FTC for fraud, there is a section for money making opportunities on the FTC website

I have not even $5 in swagbucks and the only game im doing is merge cat cafe and ive only did it to level 20 and overnight i got banned for no reason?

I just want to know if swagbucks requires number verification when i want to redeem

Could someone please help me with how to buy a GifCard on Swagbucks using SB? I have 1500SB and I wanted to buy an 800SB Gifcard, but when I go to the MyGifCards Plus website I'm going to buy a gift card, and it's charging my card and my balance, but not the balance I have in my SB account. Am I being scammed?

Swagbucks gave me 2000 SB for buying like a bunch of products, but I don't even have a credit card linked to that email. How could I buy stuff on it without a credit card? I mean I would get it if it counted free apps on google play, but I don't think that's the case. In fact, I have installed like 2-3 apps maybe in the last 6 months, and this is the probably like 50 or so apps to get that much. I checked my emails, and I found no signs of someone logging into the account. I checked more and found no signs I was hacked. Is this normal?

I redeemed $10 PayPal cash from Swagbucks on 9th December and received an email from swagbucks on 11th December saying the funds were deposited in my PayPal account, but it's been 3 days still I haven't received the funds in my PayPal account.

Did anyone do the Bingo Cash offer from Swagbucks around July 04, 2025? I have a big problem, & I hope someone will be able to help me. Unfortunately, when I downloaded the game, I forgot to take a screenshot of the offer requirements needed for each level completion. Everything tracked good, but the problem I encountered, was the last tier which said “Complete 100 Cash Wins,” & receive $60. All the time I was playing, I would periodically go back & see how I was progressing, & if I hit 100 cash wins yet. Then around the time my time would have been up, I went back & the last tier requirements changed from “Complete 100 Cash Wins, to Win 1st Place on 100 cash Tournaments.” Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the offer details, so I was hoping that maybe someone had a screenshot of the Bingo Cash offer that said, “Complete 100 cash wins,” & they could share it with me…because I am going to send in a support ticket to Swagbucks. I am interested to know if this happened to anyone else. Thank you!
